Horizontal Twin Cylinder Steam Engine

My second steam engine and is a slightly modified version of a design by Julius De Waal.
The plan is available free online and is one of many designs by JDW.
I revised the eccentrics to make it easier to produce and added a hatch on the valve chest to make timing of the slide valves easier.
There are a few errors on the plans but not insurmountable to resolve.
