The Errant has some nice features. Boundary Supply suffers from NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. If there is a problem, it falls on deaf ears. To sum it up - there are better places to spend hard earned money.
I have heard this before! Sorry you had to experience that, that’s EXTREMELY aggravating. Most of the other brands I review have really great customer service, hopefully next bag you buy you have a better experience!
@@GearfortheGirls Thanks for your feedback. It’s sad, because there are some nice parts to the pack, but some defects and poor customer service let it down. At this price point, I dont see why they cant provide decent customer service such as other competitors Peak Designs, Mystery Ranch, MSR, Big Agnes, etc etc
Totally agreed, hopefully it gets better!
For the record we have greatly improved our customer service here at Boundary. Our average solution time is under 24 hours. Our ears are unclogged. ;)
