    Hello friends
    Today i am sharing a very interesting and healthy recipe of Dal Pithi. This is a traditional dish from bihar. i hope you all will like it. it is very tasty healthy and easy to make. kids will definitely like it. Do try this recipe and share your experience.
    ~ingredients for Dal Pithi~
    For pithi
    Whole wheat flour- 1 cup
    Ghee- 1 tsp
    Water- 1/2 cup
    For dal
    Arhar dal- 1/2 cup
    Haldi powder- 2 tsp
    Salt- as per taste
    Cumin seeds- 1tsp
    Hing- 1 pinch
    Dry red chilli- 1
    Chopped green chilli- 1
    Grated ginger garlic- 1 tbsp
    Red chilli powder- 1tsp
    Chopped onion- 1 medium sized
    Chopped tomato- 1 medium sized
    Chopped coriander for garnishing
