Great video. I can tell you were really passionate about tripod design and you really believed in your design decisions.

It's really interesting guys. I sent you an email ages ago to your design team because you gave me the email and many of the features that I asked for in the tripod you actually put into it. I think it's probably a better tripod for keeping the salt water out as well as I'm down in Australia and keeping the salt water out of the legs is one of the biggest challenges seascape Photography is different and you are getting a lot of salt and sand into the tripod so it's great that you've actually built it in a much more secure way

nice tripod, 1.5kg seems a bit heavy for me, but sturdier than the zero series, tough choice

When the Center column is removed, can the user shoot in vertical or portrait mode and will the camera clear the base?

Update: I forgot to mention that I got the next sale at $399 but at the end of the day had to spend around $500 in total to bring it home using Package Forwarding Service.

Can you re edit this minus the music. Yes, agreed on all points mentioned. I know coz I'm using it. To me it is the unique design of the ball head that checks all the right boxes

I've missed out on so many good buys over the years (smallHD Action 5 (yes, action 5), Ninja V+, Angelbird 1TB CFexpress Type A). I could not miss out on this one so I purchased this. I am not disappointed. The tripod is better than advertised I must say. Even at the full price, still highly recommend. Apparently, if you want the video head, you can purchase the video head attachment separately as well. Really a great product.

Great tripod. I received one with a damaged ballhead. This is the email response I received from your customer service representative:
    "Dear Customer
May I ask if the product was like this as soon as you received it? Or was it caused by dropping it during use.
From your video we see that it is slightly warped, you can gently tap it against the wall to see if you can put it back in place.
    Best regards,
    Eyre
    Ulanzi Customer Service Assistant."
