    i have Finally done the LCI conversion on the E90... Super happy with how it turned out, yes there are a few things that were my fault, but as a whole, everything works as it should despite the cold bulb checks which you'll see in the video. please leave your feedback on the adaptor box and my little commentary in the edit... ua-cam.com/video/6BD15lF7fXs/v-deo.html Coding Out the Bulb Checks

    Nice work man! I always wanted to do this when I had my E90. I love the wiring graphics you made, plus your solution to bypass needing to code.

    Hi, I have e91 2007 with frm2 probably cuz I got welcome lights. I read that in my case it is plug and play is it true?

      I'm quite sure that the process for the e90 and e91 are the same, i could be wrong though, in terms of the FRM, it would still require the correct coding to disable the bulb checks, since anything before 09 has halogen bulbs in the taillights which have a higher resistance

    mine does exactly the same thing when i start the car..the lights flicker

      This is normal for LED Bulbs - BMW's bulb check system tests if exterior bulbs are working by sending a small current through them when the car starts. LED bulbs, having a lower power draw, may flicker during this quick check because the current might be too weak to activate them properly. To fix this, additional load resistors or special LED bulbs may be needed to simulate the higher power draw of traditional bulbs and ensure they pass the test without flickering or by having the Bulb Checks disabled by coding them off the car

    Hi can you please share with me how to replace a diesel pump on a BMW 320d please?

    • @Realpreshaanb
      @Realpreshaanb  8 місяців тому

      Depends on which pump you need help with... Is it the intank pump or the high pressure fuel pump on the engine block?

    It looks interesting I just made my conversion from pre-lci to lci do you think that solves the fast flickering and the codes on the console?, greetings from Mexico

      Its 50/50, yes it eliminates the hyper flashing but the flickering and codes remain since it follows the FRM Bulb check procedure. It works to make the conversion operational but to eliminate the flickering and codes, the bulb checks will need to be coded out, video on that linked in the description and comments
