The humor is ALL there as there is plenty of funny and humorous moments ALL throughout them entirely inside the Harry Potter movies that doesn't break the tone of the narrative as these ARE serious stories that take themselves and Harry Potter movies are able to do BOTH of being able to bring forth both the humor AND the serious nature of Harry Potter and it's serious storytelling of the battle of good and evil. EVEN the Darkest Harry Potter movie has a GOOD amount of humor in it that naturally fits within the film that doesn't break the tone of the overall narrative and story. The humor is NOT "gOnE iN tHe fIlMs" in the slightest as you must be NOT paying attention AT ALL towards ANY of the scenes, where there is SUPPOSED to be humor in it so, for you to say with a straight face that "aLl tHE hUmOR iS gONe iN tHE fILMs" lol no it's not. The humor is ALL there. You're just being an obnoxious book reader. NOTHING is "gOnE" at all, you're just whining for no reason here. Problem is Lucius Malfoy & Snape don't appear that much in Book 5.
That's not a "problem" AT ALL, that's just the way how the story is! As they're mainly saved up for later!
