- So the popular vote was Chrysalis. Actually, this is my first time using her as the main villain, or at all, really. I then realized she was the best fit for Ruber. One, because she has an army. Two, she wants to defeat Celestia (Arthur) and take over Canterlot. And she's got that green and black thing going. I figured if she's Ruber, Cadence has to be Juliana. Even though she has absolutely no relationship with Rainbow Dash, she seems kind of like a mother and is married to a knight. You'll probably laugh at my choice for Bladebeak, but when I thought of a chicken, oddly enough, Scootaloo wasn't the first thing that popped into my mind.

Ruber, from The Quest for Camelot, is, literally, insane!!! He should be a Necromancer, evil wizard, &, Black Knight, mixed together, because, he is that, bad.
Pinkie as Bladebeak? I was expecting the Cockatrice but then again, Bladebeak was a comic relief character so it fits.
Lauren Faust did work as an animator for Quest for Camelot

HOLY COW NOW I’M AN EVEN BIGGER FAN!!!! Quest for Camelot is probably one of the biggest movies to influence me in the fantasy genre next to The Hobbit and The Inheritance Cycle
There's only one other villain I know who says "Mine!" as much as Ruber and that's Ratcliffe. Also I love Pinkie as Bladebeak. It fits pretty well.
And yes, Lauren Faust did work on this as an animator.

Great AMV! Chrysalis worked surprisingly well in the role of Ruber. If it were me, I probably would have gone with Iron Will.
