- So there are two songs for Dragon that exist in Shrek the Musical: "Donkey Pot Pie" from the Broadway version, and "Forever," from the National Tour. "Donkey Pot Pie" was sung by a chorus, and since I was only using one character for this, I didn't think it would work. Besides, I like this song better because it reveals more about Dragon's character. So...hehe...another unusual pairing here. Weird, cuz they were sisters in the last set. Well, as I listened to this song, I kept thinking of Luna. Maybe it's because she feels like she isn't loved, and she is misunderstood. Though it's too bad that the only dragons in the show are male. Seriously! What's with that?
It seemed fitting to have the Flim Flam Brothers sing backup. I don't know why.

Funny how this and Donkey Pot Pie gave me the opposite reaction.
Donkey Pot Pie = Yeah, we didn't need a song here, the scene itself without singing would have sufficed.
Forever = This adds so much to her character, I wish she had an actual motive like this in the film!
