  • I was about to do what the title says alone to include it in my back workout, but then I thought, this skill is actually important for beginners to learn from, especially since they don't always have a training partner around when trying to train grappling skills, or at least the basics of it. Fortunately, I have a still shot that I can use as a thumbnail (which you saw) that summarizes what you, the watcher, can do.
    Intermediate/advance levels: Go to town with this, especially if grappling is your specialty.
