Between McSteamy and McDreamy, hands down I’m McSteamy not because he’s handsome, but because he’s sassy, a drama queen and had the best character glow up in the show’s history, from a playboy to a doting dad and faithful friend. I don’t watch beyond s8 cause i miss him too much 🤧🤧🤧🤧
Tbh I've never liked Derek. He was screwing around with Meredith and didn't tell her he was married, basically forced her to break up with the vet and didn't even get back with her. Then when Meredith and him had a baby and a child to raise, he abandoned her to go to DC and while he was there he CHEATED on Meredith with his assistant. Terrible boyfriend and terrible husband.

To be honest, I hated mark at the start until he started trying to befriend Derek again. In the end he ended up becoming the most relatable and lovable character in the show. It sucks he had to die he was my favorite. I even cried when the clip of him saying Lexie Grey at a wedding.
If you think about it, if Addison and Mark never cheated on Derek, Derek would have never moved to Seattle resulting Addison and Mark also never coming to Seattle. Derek and Mark would have never died in the plane and car crash, Addison wouldn't have gone to LA

This are just the lines that whenever I hear them, it brings me back to seasons1-9, it is like I relate to it, I dunno which one but yeah I relate and connect to it. When mark and lexie died, my sadness didnt want to hold back I cried for days then derek died and cried again because I just realized I wont hear those words again.

The old Grey's was so, so much fun. I miss watching the earlier seasons on DVD (yeah, waaaaaaaaay back). I loved Mark and Lexie together; Mark was very much Callie's person. I think they would have created more amazing moments had they been kept on. Thank you for sharing this montage. :)

You can tell all the male characters in this show were written by a woman, they're all WAY too perfect....but they're still funny.
I feel like yeah the injuries killed mark but i also feel like a broken heart had a lot to do with his death. He loved lexie and she loved him... but when she was dying and he told her he loved her, he felt like she didn't believe him... I feel like a broken heart really didn't help him recover...
Yeah, that definitely played a part in it. I feel like after he was brought into the hospital and he was able to basically get everything off his chest he felt like he could let go. What really breaks my heart is that he coded before Jackson could bring Sophia up to see him for the last time. If Lexie had survived he probably would have fought a lot harder to live,but combined with the grief of her death and him thinking that she didn't really believe him played a part in his death. Contrary to popular belief mindset can actually have a very big role on recovery, but at that point he'd rather follow Lexie in death then live in a world without her in it.
