    I've been wanting Lasik for quite a while and I'm glad that you said that about your close-up vision. You don't think about that being an issue when you're young and now they have contact lenses that are multifocal and they actually work. It's a bit of a pain to have to put them in and care for them, but I think it's worth it. Anyway, good to see you and thanks for sharing!

      Yep. I still think Lasik is worth it but there are drawbacks. In my case, it could have been an old guy thing. This might have not been an issue if i was younger :(

      @@noisackda2564 I'm turning 48 in August and when I put regular contacts in, I need reading glasses so I'm sure I would need them if I got it. It almost makes me feel dizzy it's so disorienting. I don't get that as much with my glasses and can get away with just raising them up on my forehead to read.

    Would you recommend this over the Sony 11mm Clear Image Zone setup for full frame?

      Here's the thing. I think the 11mm with dynamic and a bit of zoom is much more stable. Like crazy stable but the reason why I don't like it is because if I switch to S&Q mode and go back to normal mode. I have to zoom back in a bit because it doesn't keep the settings. A very small issue but I sometimes forget and film long sequences where some of the vignetting creeps back in and it triggers me. Plus the 11mm is so much more lighter. This lens is stupidly heavy. At least to me anyway. I still use this over the 11mm because of what I mentioned earlier. I'm so dam lazy dude that these things really bother me lol

      @@noisackda2564 thanks for the quick response. I was asking because I have the 11mm and the Sigma 24mm DG DN F1.4. I was considering getting rid of both and getting the Viltrox. But the weight and size was the main reason I bought it. I have the Sigma 40mm F1.4 and that lens made me appreciate lighter setups. That's the heaviest Art lens Sigma makes. 😆 If the Viltrox 16mm image quality isn't that much better I guess I'll keep the Sony 11mm then.

      @@v3zMedia Yeah man. Lens preference is so personal. All I can say is that I don't regret owning both. The Viltrox lens is almost perfect to me except for the weight and to be fair, it's still much lighter than a lot of lenses out there. If you wanted a nice comparison it feels very similar to the Sigma 16mm for the APSC sensor in size and weight. I'm only referencing that lens because it seems like everyone has that lens lol.

    Hey dude I loved the vlog again!! I’m sure you get asked a million times. I was wondering what lens and what camera you would recommend for cinematic vlogs? Maybe something affordable if possible. Sony wise atleast haha or idk if it’s worth saving up to invest in a really expensive camera and go all in. Thanks dude

    • @noisackda2564
      @noisackda2564  Рік тому +1

      Thank you! I appreciate it! So for cinematic footage I would suggest a fast prime lens that going to give you a lot of background blur. If you plan to vlog your face like I do you will need a wide lens. Something no greater than a 15mm. What Sony camera do you have? is it an APSC camera? If so I would recommend the Samyang 12mm f2.0 for cheap. For full frame I would recommend samyang 14mm 2.8. Both are a good value to performance ratio.

      @@YongCyrus You don't really need a Sony Camera anyway. It's all about the lenses. Unless you plan to walk around a lot then the camera matters. Stability is the hardest thing for these companies to nail down properly. Sony does a good job with their new cameras in this regard though.

    Hello. Thank you for all these nice videos on the Sony ZV-E1. I am looking for a small and discret cinema camera. My goal would be to shoot scenes in the streets without attracting too much attention. the ZV-E1 is a small camera with a good stabilization and a good autophocus but from what you are showing the dynamic stabilization is sometimes not working great when you are turning fast. My question is, do you think that it would be possible to follow an actor in the streets handheld with this camera? I am thinking about a following like this one in goodfellas: ua-cam.com/video/-NWEfWEdQY0/v-deo.html

    • @noisackda2564
      @noisackda2564  Рік тому

      You're welcome! The short answer is definitely not haha. You will need a gimbal for long shots where you follow someone. Even with the gimbal you will have to be very careful. If the gimbal is out of the question then I would actually recommend something like the ZV-E10 and shooting with all stability off and stabilizing in post with catalyst browse. It's a bit of work and if you're not willing to do this then I would say get a go pro or even shoot with your iphone.
