5th: Chiefs of Staff (Chicago, IL)
4th: Cincinnati Kids (Cincinnati, OH)
3rd: Vaudeville (Alexandria, VA)
2nd: Interstate Rivals (Cincinnati, OH & Louisville, KY)
1st: Rural Route 4 (Kansas City, MO)

You are correct! I was the only one left in Cincy, and it was hard to get together and learn new material. Wow, I was much thinner then! Thanks!!

I think this was the last time the Cincinnati Kids competed. WHAT a quartet! And 1986 was Interstate Rivals' last competition with Geoff Mucha singing bari; he took a new job that fall, so Paul Gilman took over his slot. Thus Paul earned gold in his FIRST Int'l the following year!

Cincinnati Kids or Vaudeville shoulda won in 1986. I don't know what it is, but I really didn't like Rural Route 4's sound
