Never even heard of a company where if an employee tries to quit the company, the company threatens the employee with a fine of $25,000 for violating the contract according to their perspective. And even if it occurs, the employee should have filed a lawsuit against the company.

Really Disturbing video. I also faced similar situation with me. I got my all dues cleared but was literally kicked out of my job suddenly without any prior notice. It is now more than 14 years for me.

Please show stories of other side of table as well where due to market demand their r ample job nd employees dont work, still managers font hv choice becaz company cant pay as high as other companies r paying so to retain folks they hv yo do most of d work by themselves, stories are of both end and their are good happy stories as well.
At d same time, deir r prbs like folks perform gud bt by d time appraisal time come, contract wid client get broken nd employee suffer becaz companies pays as per future business, even after working hard, employee dont get proper pay hike.
Market is running as per future need of companies, dey dont see last year performance. Its just how much compnay need them for future growth and how difficult it is to replace them.

The girl did right by not rejoining . It happen to me in mumbai 16 yrs back .I got a offer in a newly opened franchisee of Mnc he offered me more salary from previous company i joined that franchisee but sal was less than my previous company duty hour was 14 to 15 hrs even sunday there was a working . Later he gave increment of 500rs his mind was to give me( may be to give whole incharge of his franchisee) in less pay so but i didnt went to his expectation . I learnt from my younger brother he was his ex employee the owner told him to handle t franchisee in meagre pay he refused he recommended me .later the owner started giving me abuse he use sometime filthy word in front of every employee including one lady staff threatening me i will dismuss u all this after 6 month i stopped going there i joined another company there a lady senior created toxic environment on me . I was rookie in that field she wanted experienced staff luckily i rejoined my previous company again .later i went to that franchisee i learnt from other source he was enquiring me bring him here .where is he .i went there to collect my 18 days salary he started using polite word u should never move backword i used badword for ur good i replied i dont want to listen i just want to inform i am not working here anymore i got job in previous company more salary in front of his whole employee his face become small .
