After 2009 recession lots of thing changed, no of years of experience to get promoted to Manager increased and now lot many MNC companies have established their centres in India itself and they are keeping flat structure so less number of manager and senior manager and also giving same salary which they were giving abroad are providing in India so its becoming difficult for Indian companies to survive.
In reality no one spare opponent so easily. Revenge stands there always. Secondly boss never believes their employees. Every boss needs yesmen type spoons for their own survival. Reels me khushiyan jaldi aati hain but in reality "suspension, fired & get out" comes early. So enjoy your time as it flows. Focus on your self and goals, let other things go.
Why do these superior post people get their work done from their subordinates and often take the credit of the work done into their own accounts? 😡 This thing really need to be checked by introducing strict rules and regulations....
Its not professional by the way because you cant do resign in that way. There is no fault in manager if he or she taking leave thats not good because he or she is junior. I think govt should impose rule to stop sunday holiday also
