Thank you!🙂 It has not only the great freedom of movement. Much more important and difficult to achieve is a high machining accuracy. And this is about 10 microns (plus-minus) for our machining centers and 20 microns for the mobile CNC machines. This together with the freedom of movement of the parallel kinematics (in one direction up to 90° tilting possible!) gives our customers a clear added value! 😃
It always depends on the need of the application. Ofcourse our customers use our systems in most cases for a wide range of technologies or as flexible machining center which is cheaper than several other systems. Also the payback time for a mobile machine can be in few days if you calculate the real downtime costs of your equipment.

Sorry, but you did not understand the concept and real advantage of the machine as when the workpiece is moved there is no advantage against other kinematics anymore as the heavier the workpiece gets it would inflict more on the dynamics, would increase energy necessary to move the heavy workpiece and further more. You are gladly invited to see our machines in action in our workshop. Especially parts at a weight of several tons can be machined with our system without being moved and this is the real stuff which makes fun. Beautiful, clever machine! Well done! That has a huge range of motion for a parallel-mech robot!

The next generation of milling , i see :) Impressive !
Thank you Sascha! New solution possibilities arise if you combine creativity and engineering.
Nice work guys.
What is the price of this equipment? Compared with ordinary equipment

@@metrom8294 How do I get a quote? I want to buy one for processing non-metal, such as wood, acrylic
Hi, you can visit our website and configure your system to receive a quote: metrom.com
are the upper joints universal?
The joints are designed and built by ourselves especially for metrom systems.
what is the cam program software ?
The machines handle normal G+M-code and customers are using everything from SIEMENS NX, HyperMill, MasterCAM, TEBIS, SprutCAM or Autodesk PowerMill.
is configuration of this machine exist in all these programmes ? or as the client request?

Hello, may I transfer this video to bilibili video website(China)?
Sure, feel free to share the video...

this design is wrong, what you have to move is the working piece (fixed on hexapod) but the tool must stay at fixed xyz position
