At the beginning you can't really see what the table does when he commands the tables to 45 degrees. I work on an 750ss myself so I get it, but maybe put in a clip of the inside of the machine
We had a camera setup for that purpose and didn't realize until we were putting the footage together that the camera was off during the first half. We'll definitely be double checking this in the future. Thank you for the constructive input.
I use a umc 750 but use a cam system Dont see the point of dwo and tcpc Yes its quicker to probe the job in and you dan set the job anywhere on the table but its a solution to a problem that doesn’t really exist and you can only really do basic milling with this type of manual programming
Really appreciate your work....We need this type of educational videos so we can learn 4 and 5 axis.... I don't know anything about 4 axis and here i seen 5 axis..lol... Great work🙄😔
I love how haas is easy to set up but i dont think it is a very good 5 axis machine, its not bad 3 axis but with two additional axes its not rigid at all
You are real Stainless steel machinist right there. Haas suck.they are good to marketing business only. And might help people open business as a machine shop at 1st time
Mazak, okuma - those are good:) back in ireland i was working on doosans and even those machines were much more rigit then haas, Remember machining Titanium for aviation, not a problem, would not try the same speeds and feeds on haas
You are right about haas as a good machine for starting up your own business. Very cheap according to what you might achieve after a year or two, also good machine for learning, very easy to set up, not so annoying with servicing. Had good time with haas, but its hard to go back to haas after milling on okuma...
@@mateuszsiwek108 not yet. After couple of yrs poor operators to take care chip and leaking coolant we had those, scary! Okuma, OKK, those are best and peace of mind. 💪👍
Ummmm....camera guy? Jay is talking about moving the table on the axes. What does the viewer want to see? The table moving on the axes!!! lol But hey, why not film the parking lot so we know where the sun is when Jay changes the angle of the table? ...or heck, let's make this REALLY visually correlative and have the camera guy drive down the road and film the McD's drive through so AT LEAST we know what kind of coffee is being bought when Jay changes the axes on the table? But why stop there? Have any ice bergs moved? Let's take a flight to the south pole and check. After all, watching ice berg movement is as helpful as showing the display screen when Jay is trying to convey what the axes visually look like ...ON THE FLIPPIN TABLE!!! Just joking and trying to make you guys laugh :) ...but seriously, I'm trying to learn about the 4th and 5th axes and the display screen didn't show much. It's funny because Jay is LITERALLY pointing at the window over and over when he's talking about the axes and the changes inside and it almost seems like he's begging the cameraman to take a hint and show it on the camera.
Please have 2 cameras. 1 on operator 1 on the machine work table

Great job dude. We all start somewhere.
Sooo lots of origin points? Like, g54 etc or do you use more relative? Like g10?
Thank you , You have explained it beautifully.
Are there any fanuc 5 axis videos you'd recommend
If I would like a precision part made, how do we find a company that has a 5 axis CNC mill machine?
I use a umc 750 but use a cam system

How can I get the dwo code in Siemens sinumerik?
I hate sinumerik 😂
You make a better door than a window.
good job

You are a very bad window. No one can see thorough you. Get out of the way.
Bad camera work
Verry good information of 5th axies
I still don't see the benefit of DWO vs centerline of rotation. At the very least I'd need to be able to read the code while I watch the machine run.
Good
Let me just demonstrate this for you, whilst I stand in front of the camera so you see f*** all
Amazing. Visit us soon.

Worst video shooting I’ve ever seen, get more than one camera
Haas doesn't actually have a 5 axis. 4+1 breh. Those who can't make, teach and use Haas. This is why Mori kills all the boat anchors.
