I remember the composer of this song, Neil Enloe, along with The Couriers, visiting the Hessville Assemblies of God church, that my family attended, in the 1970s. His brother, Pat Enloe, was the worship leader for the congregation. That church, in Indiana, was the only place I ever witnessed my father purchase a record album. He also bought, for me, a cassette tape of the song "Through It All" with Phil Enloe's singing on one side, and the song's accompaniment only, on the B side. I still have that tape, though it has gotten plenty worn. I praise the Lord for blessing us and keeping us all for this long...
I was only ten years old when I found a cassette of the Couriers that my parents had and I listened to it until it wore out. This was one of the songs on the cassette and it was one of my favorites. I'm now 37 years old and still love listening to the Couriers. More importantly, the messages in their music still holds true and is something the world needs to hear.
