Last time a car made me walk, I put a for sale sign on it; when It got towed home. I never trust a vehicle once it gives me a reason to rely on it. No shortage of automobiles.

Our Toyota Tacoma died going down the road. we can turn the key to off and it restarts it goes around 10 miles and dies again. We tapped on the switch it stayed on. Any ideas what this might be??Thanks

Sounds like a fuel problem, maybe a fuel pump going out.
It would be a good idea to some how connect a pressure gauge to the fuel line (Toyota does not make it easy) and check the pressure once the truck dies (with the key left as is)
      Hope this info helps.
Please report back to let me know the outcome.

pabst86 RockAuto, LLC AutoZone I haven't had a problem with rockauto.com so far. Issues can happen anywhere. Look at what autozone sold me, a broken part. Autozone wasted my day doing that.

Yes, autozone I hate oh so much unless I'm buying a lube product.

***** I like ordering from RockAuto Auto Parts too. Like how they have pics and multiple brands to chose from. Only thing I don't really like, is their shipping rate policy on multiple parts. But I kind of understand since they are being shipped from different warehouses across the country. Thanks for the comment
