Any scooter with a motor this size will be slow with a 280+ pound rider. Some will handle the weight better than others. The more torque it has the less your weight will affect it

Can you link your isinwheel to the app? I have the S9 Pro. I did download the app but when I took it out for a spin I forgot my phone so the fastest I was able to go was 6 mph and I thought I was going to fall over because it was going so slow. I kept My scooter on Snail Mode because I was afraid to go any faster... I'm a first timer 😁
