I curate, teach, and recommend products for the outdoor and vehicle enthusiast. Follow along as I show you new ways to enjoy motorcycles, overlanding, Ebikes, and anything that will enhance your experience!
As far as a little background on me...
I am passionate about motorcycles, that love having been instilled by my uncle.
I grew up in the mountains and have been driving offroad before my feet could reach the pedals.
I have a very particular way of viewing the world. Not striving just for what's trendy or popular, but for what can make my short time on this planet even better in life, in work, and with those I care about.

Great video
For me when i hear netflix approved i only see it a tool that has the potential to have theatre quality images. That being said images are nothing without quality lighting, quality lenses, great production design, and most importantly compelling storytelling.
Couldn’t agree more. I gotta do something to make a catchy title but once people invested in a good system then it’s time to stop looking at shiny gear and focus on what you mentioned. Those make so much of a difference!
I also picked up the Viltrox DC-X3 monitor a couple months back. It is a fantastic monitor for all the reasons you listed and many more. Solid recommendation.
It really is a great monitor!
Excellent review of your video rig. I have some of that, however this lets me consider adding a few things. I just got a Canon R6ii so watching this to find ideas for a cage setup. Thanks!
Awesome! I'm glad I could help and this week’s upcoming video will tie everything together and add a power solution. It’ll be a good one!
Great video 😁
Thanks, I hope it’s helpful!
All u need is a "Sting MX5 PRO". That's it. super video I loved it.
Thanks for sharing!🥰🥰
No problem, I love Falcam products so it’s awesome to see you commenting!
The talaria sting is one of the bigger bike from its competitors no way he just called it small😭
Just got mine last week. Love it so much already
Awesome! What kind of stuff do you like to shoot?
Where’s the affiliate links
I’ll get those added! Ran out of time uploading late last night
Battery issues are solved with the new lpe6p battery. This battery will give you approx 1hour 45 minutes per charge.
I like that update with the newest firmware. But man it’s annoying to have to replace all your batteries to get that functionality. Hopefully the LP-E6P’s become the new standard and come with every camera.
@ I hear you there, I did notice during the Christmas sale that canon was offering a free lpe6p battery to go with every new purchase. So at least the people that bought it over the holidays will get a copy of the new battery.
That’s awesome!
Excited to see where this goes!
Dude thank you so much helped me out so much when I put my fast ace forks on my Surron 🤙
great video bro!! i getting mines next year i can got the canon r6ii !!
Nice, the R6 II is a great choice!
You still need an external battery for shooting 8k60P
Not anymore with the new firmware update and using the New Canon LP-E6P you can record 8k 60 internally and you are now getting about an hour and a half of recording with the new battery.
No you don’t the lpe6p battery allows full functionality even 8k60p. The new battery gives you 1 hour 45 mins record time.
A couple of things, you are wrong on: - a hotshoe is never great place to use for a handle, it's not designed to handle that sort of weight load. - there is not only the Tascam audio adapter for the multifunction hotshoe, but also the Canon DM-E1D shotgun mic - you need to upgrade the firmware of your R5 C. Canon has improved video recording time over the last 2 1/2 years. - the battery you showed is not the battery, that came with the R5 C. The Canon EOS R5 C came with the LP-E6NH battery and that gives you more recording time. But if you upgrade to firmware 1.0.9.1 from Dec 18th 2024 (yes, 5 days ago) and get yourself some new LP-E6P batteries (the ones introduced with the Canon EOS R5 Mk II) you will get 1hour 26 minutes of continues recording of 8k24 RAW LT to the CFexpress from one fully charged battery. And you'll even be able record 8k60 with working AF and without external power and get 55 minutes of recording.
thanks for the clarification ...
Thanks for the comment but you misinterpreted what I said. -Since it’s so obvious that you’d mount the top handle to a cage I didn’t think to mention it. My point is that both the Tascam unit and that microphone HAVE to stick straight up and prevent you from adding anything on top of the camera like a top handle. My suggestion is they make unit where the hot shoe is basically a plug connected to a cable so you can mount the Tascam unit or that microphone anywhere you want on the rig. - The firmware update came out after I filmed this video. - The battery in the video is an LP-E6NH. Again, because it was so obvious I didn’t mention those two letters and you’ll find the battery life I mentioned to be accurate with that battery. Again thank you for the comment and for watching through so much of the video!
@@haveagoodoneyt Unfortunately, there are way too many that move into the video sphere that don't have common sense, and just stick a coldshoe handle in the camera hotshoe, without a cage, so i mentioned it, since you didn't include it. If you're looking for a great cage for your R5 C, have a look at the Kondor Blue R5 C Cine Cage. It's the only cage that doesn't block the filters, if you ever use the EF to RF filter adapter. As for the multifunction hotshoe, Canon actually offers a relocation cable for that. It's called Canon OC-E4A. It unfortunately still blocks a handle to be added in the center, but at least you can then add a handle a little offset.
Great video man. After using Panasonic, I never thought I would buy a Canon again. I have to admit the R5C is a "sleeper" video production beast. It's so much better than I ever imagined for all the reasons you mentioned and I'm shocked by their commitment to constant "real world" feature upgrades for FREE(Sony take note). The latest firmware has even kicked it up a notch with 8k60p on the new batteries.
I agree, it’s been a pleasant surprise!
Every time I hear, "Netflix approved camera" 🤦♀🤦♂🤦🤦♂
netflix approved means nothing btw.
Yes I cringe everytime I hear "netflix approved camera." This has never actually been a thing.
The fx3 is also netflix approved so technically this is clickbait lol
Bro download the new firmware 1.0.9 released 12:19
Bro, thank you! I'm on it!!
That beginning transition was so cool !
Thank you so much!
Battery life is not a problem with the new battery as well get on that too
Yea I saw that. Looks like Canon is taking advantage of that new battery with the recent firmware update too. If I read it right we don’t need to be plugged into power delivery to shoot 8k if you have the new battery and new firmware. Thanks for mentioning the battery! If there is interest I can make a video comparison between the two batteries.
@@haveagoodoneyt yes no need to plug in to use 8K LT raw 60 and it’s not that battery draining either
Buy it at Christmas time. We just got one for my brother and it is $299! So if you are thinking about it, now is the time!
Is it me or are there voices snuck into the audio in this whole video?? I swear I keep hearing random ass phrases.
Avoid isinwheel at all cost! My buddy lost both his sons because of isinwheels faulty scooters!! Media and government is covering up the many child deaths linked to isinwheel scooters! Something shady is going on people!
maybe don’t review something that you can’t even use fatso
Does it comes with tools?
What kind of bike is that ? I need to get me one lol
Sweet
I will buy the straps for other things
No freaking way will I lift that damn Ebike off the ground for any reason it weighs 95 lbs I am old as dirt or Santa Claus 🎅 so hell to the no thats why I bought a bike rack with a ramp to roll my Ebike like a real dumb ass should 🤓😏
Great technique
Just get a new star nut
Any scooter with a motor this size will be slow with a 280+ pound rider. Some will handle the weight better than others. The more torque it has the less your weight will affect it
What is the exact part number for the caliper spacer? What brake pads did you use in the new magura caliper?
The biggest fear a bike thief has is a sudden deternt be it someone asking what the @#$& are you doing to the bike or a loud audible noise coming from the bike which in turn, gets peoples attention - especially the owner of the bike. Paddle lock mechanisms of ANY kind that simply lock the bike up don't get peoples attention and are easily broken henceforth, a stolen bike!
Bro buy yourself a hammer, ✊️ you're going to be hurting when you're older
Amazing video! I watched both episode all the way trough :) You did nothing wrong in my opinion. I would have done exactly the same things considering that this was the first time on a trail and I think you need be extra careful when you are a beginner. Great stuff!
I weigh 100 kg and for riding in the mountains the first thing I installed was an aluminum sprocket 54 links, as well as a sealless chain (it saves 10% of power and battery charge), now in any hard enduro rocky climb I ride in ECO mode))
Awesomeness
i wonder if you could use the ratchet straps for later
Do you have a link to the strap that holds the tail gate .
Riding an electric dirt bike is as exciting as watching the grass grow....Gen Z😂
Cant take this dude swriously he cut the grip off
Front wheel will turn with out a front wheel chock and the bike will fall over
What size are those shocks?
Whats the height of it?
Why not fit new bearing's while you was doing it surely would of made sence fitting forks is thew easy part its a 20 minute job
So you upgraded the bike before you learned to ride it? Interesting.
Why didnt you get the 38-60 lbs ones?
