As requested where are Yarn braids WITHOUT the rubberbands/Elastic bands. So which do you prefer Braids Or Twists? let me know in the comments. I know my favorite 😀
Thank you for this upload. I am about to have my baby in two week and need a protective style while dealing with a newborn and also a style that permissible to wear under my Khimar.
This is a very detailed tutorial. You got me laughing when you said "borrow" . we all borrow when braiding 😂. The style looks so beautiful on you just like the twisted one you did with discoveringNatural. Road to 1k 🎊🎉
This style turned out very well. The yarn looks like your own hair. I have a protective style in now but will try this as soon as I take it out. I’ve noticed whenever I braid or twist my own hair with yarn or synthetic hair, my real hair sticks out half way down the braid. How do you prevent that from happening?
Couple of ways (1) add some edge control or hair oil that will help smoothen it and blend better as you braid. (2) when braiding try to have the yarn or synthetic hair over/on top off your natural hair so as you braid it is tucked in.
When I was done braiding I put the elastic bands to where I wanted the length to be, then cut. So the yarn length didn’t really matter. I hope that makes sense.
Hi thank you for watching, and taking the time to comment. Right now I like uncle funky's daughter conditioner, Miele organics deep conditioner, or my little mix of Ayurveda herbs. I keep it simple.

Can you do faux a locs threading?
Can you explain the borrowing please if you don’t mind? The braids look beautiful
Nice style, did you use the same length yarn in the back, or did you cut it shorter? Because the final look appears to be shorter in the back. Thanks

@@ItsAbeeyola Yes, it does, Great job, Thanks!
I love the braids because I am noticing that twist tangle my hair and my daughter's hair.
Oh really, well I’m glad you figured that out quick. I definitely grew up wear only braids in my hair.

Thank you for sharing.
My pleasure!
What would happen if u wanted to comb out the ends and dip in hot water does it come out straight?
Hi honestly I don't know sorry
Is it best to use stretched natural hair?
No not necessarily
How many yarns did you use?
About 3 packs
Thankyou!🤗
You’re welcome 😊
wow, this looks real good, def gonna try. how packs did you use? is this better than synthetic hair for sensitive scalp?
ok, 3 packs :)
Yes I believe so, plus wool is very light.
You’re so gorgeous
You always look great with your hairdos
I love doing this style, but I need pointers on how to not make them so tight!! I be having to take them down sometimes because I’m heavy handed ugh!!
Girl I know exactly what you mean, I just remind myself to relax. So try that, tell yourself relax as u start each braid.
How many bundles are there in a pack?
Its just one roll of yarn in a pack. I used about 2.5 rolls of yarn. I hope that answers your question.
Yes! That answers me ☺️ thank you. Here in China you get 12 rolls in a pack... hence me asking. Thanks again 🌸
How many strands of wool per braid
I used about 32-40
