''We are going to select this bec...because I want to'' made me laugh hahahah. Awesome tutorial. Every time I open one of your videos, I mentally model my old projects while applying these new info, and I get mad hahahah. The amount of time I could've spared is extreme.

regading edge selection constraints in base of Length. Whenever I put an number in the min and max fields the program its changing it (increasing it) after I press enter. Its a bug or some sort of conversion from one measure units to another ?
Btw great tutorial. Maya is very robust it seems in this departemnt. It has a lot of potential if he gets a decent developemnt towards modeling it can soon beat max.

Hi, that sounds like a but. However check if you have any scale applied to your geometry or to it's parents. That's only thing, which comes to my mind.

The orientation constraint is not super specific. It's just not well documented and the parameter names are not well choosen. Let's say you have a model of stairs and just want to select all faces pointing upwards: Set Vx = 0, Vy = 1, Vz = 0, means that is the orientation (up) vector that the faces to select should have. The min/max is the deviation. By rasing the max larger than 0 you also get the faces selected, that not exactly face upwards. Pretty useful.
