I think my Border Collie mama's probably thought that when they were trying to wean them and the little ones thought Mama was going to feed them forever! Tess would come to me with them still latched on her nipples and Gypsy Rose Lee would run off to her cushion on the steps where they couldn't climb yet

When my kids were babies, 13 months apart, I was barely getting any sleep. I felt exactly what Mom looked like at the end.....completely out of my tree, lol
