Matt for the awards can you do best bang for your buck category for tt and fw? Most of us would rather pay 30 for a good trailer than 60 for a great one
This is one of my husband’s and my contenders for when we full time in the next couple years. It is crazy how much the MSRP has gone up! I understand why it is- but I was so floored by the price that I went back to their video or this exact floor plan from last year and the MSRP was $101,000. So this exact model went up 40% in one year?!?! That’s insane!
I agree 100% but people will pay it, I myself think when you get this high in price you should consider looking at a two or three year old DRV OR RIVERSTONE.
love this unit, I wish all trailers has a skinny kitchen cabinet for cookie sheets --- it's the hardest thing to store either you are forced to stack stuff on them in a pantry or stick them in the oven, both options suck!
This is a nice fifth wheel. Just don’t like no counter space by the stove. Don’t like the half bath near the kitchen. Other than that it’s a great. Love the big bathroom. Love the taco bar. And front living space. Thank you Matt and Wil.
I don’t like the lack of counter space by stove. Not nuts about the two dinky sinks in master bath. Two decent size sinks would fit, or one big one. Finally, the bed slide could be wider for side tables. I like front living space. I love the 4 burner stove and oven. And finally, I like the under cabinet lighting on the island. Just as a question, isn’t the Jayco Pinnacle the same level as these?
A fantastic rv. That bath is better than some residential ones. Would like bigger counter space by the stove. Too small. Some others are much bigger and a window would have been nice. Do love the front living room though. So pretty and roomy
LIKE THE KITCHEN THE LIVING ROOM THE MASTER BATHROOM AND THE 1/2 BATHROOM THE QUEEN SIZE BED THE OUTSIDE STORAGE DON’T LIKE NO COUNTER SPACE BY THE STOVE THE TRIES IT NEEDS GOODYEAR TRIES NO TV IN THE MASTER BEDROOM MATT THE QUEEN SIZE BED CHECK THE LAYOUT
As much as I love these two guys, it's another example of a lack of knowledge on many components on Matt's part. These Cooper tires are indeed just as good as the Goodyear. I've seen it many times when talking about suspension vs axles... Most of the time it seems to come down to what brands he prefers (or is trying to get as a sponsor) or what he "thinks" is better .. I mostly watch just for the entertainment value than any real info about the units.

When i get back to full timing gotta have a coffee bar that appliances can be plugged in; to be able to change out the microwave for a EL 360. I'm good with the half bath. The pull out storage would fit an outdoor kitchen setup. Bathroom, I'd remove one sink for a lil washer. Would change the other sink to deep utility type. Have not & will never glamp camp in a resort so to be full time in a rig like this at leaste one couch is kicked to the curb and replaced with a desk and bookshelf. Probably would remove the other for book shelves too & possibly remove seats for a chair/ ottoman & rocker/recliner. Has potential however still overpriced imho.
I don’t like that grand design does not offer a rear cap or a full body paint package. I also did not like the position of the power cord reel. I also think that they should come standard with rear and side cameras like other manufacturers are starting to do. I like the rear bath on this unit and the front windshield. You guys did a great job of showing the unit, have fun in Tampa.
Dislikes - when equipped with standard 7K axles the cargo capacity is inadequate especially with the ginormous exterior storage volume. Should come standard with 8K axles. Dark tones for the wood and furniture. Should have convection microwave. Likes - overall floorplan except for placement of half bath. Storage both inside and outside. Nautilus water panel - love the color coded valves and easy to follow valve lineup guidelines.
I’m a huge fan and love grand design BUT when you get into a price tag like this it may be smarter to look at a two or three year old DRV or RIVER STONE. Yes your buying used but you can get great used units that have hardly even been used and have so much more rv.
Most people replace the couches with Ikea couches the fold out beds in these are horrible I'd recommend the designer's to watch UA-cam videos of trailer makeovers to see what customers are charging and wanting.
Did I miss the washer/dryer? How can you full time in a rig that big and not be able to wash your clothes. I agree with others - make the 1/2 bath a pantry and put more room around the stove.
Please slow down, especially when showing storage. Also, on front living room models, please open both sleeper sofas. People want to see how much room you have between them. There are even models where you can’t open both sofas at the same time.
Goodyear owns Cooper now and the ones on here are basically high quality commercial tires. IMO, not missing a beat without some Goodyear Endurances.
I have a solitude and would love to have this one. Take the second bath out, put the pantry there and put counter space on both sides of the stove.
Those Cooper tires are as good if not better than the Goodyear Endurance!
Well said 👍
100% agree ... those are great/high quality tires that are just as good as the Goodyears...

@@nathanurick8320 for sure!! That’s what I think of when I hear $140,000 anyway!
Cooper tires are made by Goodyear. I have a set on my 4x4 Silverado and they’re great!
Heck yeah! Cooper makes great tires!
Goodyear owns Cooper bro
That’s what I was about to say. Well done 👍.
PERFECT floor plan
Awesome 👏🏼 probably the nicest, biggest, fanciest 5th wheel I’ve ever seen. Love it.
That full bath is big enough for the dog to follow me into! LOL
Finally caught one right when you post it. Love the toy haulers, personally!
love this unit, I wish all trailers has a skinny kitchen cabinet for cookie sheets --- it's the hardest thing to store either you are forced to stack stuff on them in a pantry or stick them in the oven, both options suck!
Cooper tires are actually very good tires!
This is definitely on our list to check out in Tampa!!
Beautiful unit but didn't see a tv in the bedroom
It's above the window

Yes the Jayco Pinnacle and the Northpoints are equally as nice as the Grand Designs.
I love this one. Perfect floor plan ❤️. They should make that half bath a butlers pantry
Beautiful unit!
Love you both so happy to watch u2 !!!!!
I enjoyed the review.
This RV has to be the polar opposite of the Class B which you don't love. Your review has to be highly positive. It's definitely a winner.
And I immediately check out when I see two bathroom sinks.
A fantastic rv. That bath is better than some residential ones. Would like bigger counter space by the stove. Too small. Some others are much bigger and a window would have been nice. Do love the front living room though. So pretty and roomy
Much prefer rear living over front living. Front windshield makes it very hard to cool from sun. Floor plan seems choppy.
Awesome 😎 5th wheel
Giving you a thumbs up on this video. I know I criticize a bit but this video was much better.
i wish i have that as my house
Just get rid of the 1/2 bath make that the pantry center the stove then you would have enough counter around the stove
Are yinz at the RV show in Pittsburgh?
I LOVE GD!!!
Nice! Can you possibly review a 310 GK Solitude ? Thanks guys!

No washer / dryer is a dislike. The front TV seems sort of small.

HUGH storage? Is there a little guy named HUGH stored inside? Haha!
Good review. Mostly agree with the review. Not sure Cooper is not as good as Goodyear.
Goodyear owns cooper now. Great tires.

@@lifeaftereverything4986 Thanks, I didn’t know Cooper had been bought by Goodyear. I always choose Cooper for replacement tires.

Solitude is available with fully body paint
Gladly trade my 2021Pinnacle 36kpts for this one Very nice unit. Matt , Will come to my rescue 😂

The way inflation is going…..”that’s a $208 trash can!”
Matt, we Love your Prime Pooping Position! My husband is 6’4” and we would really love to see Will do so Prime Pooping Positions! Please!
Did I miss the washer/dryer? How can you full time in a rig that big and not be able to wash your clothes. I agree with others - make the 1/2 bath a pantry and put more room around the stove.
They mentioned washer/dryer prep in bathroom.
It's there.
Love it but pricey! 🤑
🤩🥰

That camera takes MUCH higher quality video!
I do not like the 1/2 bathroom in by the kitchen make it a pantry.
Luxe, riverstone are two right off the top of my head better tgan this.
🤔 Wasn't Goodyear training employees to dislike police...I just bought 6 Goodyear endurance for my toy hauler just before they did that. Never again.
Goodyear owns cooper. I am not a fan of Goodyear.
Instead of the half bath, I would rather have washer and dryer.
