Love this floor plan, that front kitchen is unbeatable!! Also having a designated desk and the garage is what's making this 5th wheel our favorite. I wish it had a gas tank and a compressor for my motorcycle. I wonder if these options exist🤔 My gf and I are going for this one 👍👍👍
Great floorplan. I wish that manufacturers would treat smaller RVs like 5th wheels. Seems like you can't get a great shower or residential style appliances and furniture unless you buy something over 40 feet.
Don't know who you're hang with but we and a lot of our friends sit down at a dining room table and enjoy dinner together, not everyday but at least 4 days a week. We're not into fast food, we're about family time, it shows.
This is the one to beat for sure. My husband and I still have a few years before we can trade up, but this one gives me ideas of what I want in a new one.
@@Eddie-3466 i know. However, A (true) Wealthy (person ) don’t have that mindset thou. They buy stuff like these for the sake of enjoyment. They want something High Quality- the (knowing) of owning a high quality mobile home on wheels! Lol 😂 people out there paying $1.7 million for an earthroamer camper Ford truck, $2.5 million for a newel motor coach. You think they thinking about saving $150 a night at a hotel? Or that they can afford a $185k home? 😂😌no! They don’t care. Some wealthy folks prefer 5ft wheels instead of motor homes, so this is targeted for them. A luxury fifth wheel. People who want to save, and think about home option, can go for a grand design, or cheaper options. Different market! Does it make sense? From a wealthy person mindset? Of course! A regular person? Hell no!!! That’s a 3,000 sq ft home here in knoxville, Tennessee.
@@alisonxra You need to be pretty rich to throw away 187k, away. No way is that an investment. And don't forget about the gas prices. The only way I can see buying something like that is if you had a piece of land to park it on and live there full time. And you bought the camper with cash. I am just trying to make sense of buying a camper. I am looking for a place to live. I am just looking at different options. That's all.
I agree with you on the dislikes. My likes are the kitchen and the bathroom and the bedroom storage. I love the living room and the desk. And I love that garage. Great fifth wheel! Thank you Matt and Wil!
This is a beautiful unit & I love the red body paint. You guys were spot-on with your dislikes, especially that hood over the cooktop. That looks like a really painful headbanger for sure!
Agree with the dislikes and likes. Garage should fit a Can-Am Spyder, so while this 5th wheel will not fit in many national parks, in that garage you can carry street-legal mobility for 2 (that is smaller than a dually). One other negative is that both fridge and bathroom are inaccessible when the slides are closed. The bathroom might be accessible, if they put the entrance on the other side of the desk. And a fridge (with sink and cooktop) on the outside would make up for the inside fridge being inaccessible. Also needs an opposing slide in the bedroom, with space to hang clothes.
Maybe a turnoff would be that you would need at least a F350/3500 truck. But then again, if you can afford a beauty this nice (and big) you can afford a bigger truck too. Absolutely a fantastic model. Lovin the kitchen the most!
Overall nice unit only my concern bed room for full living pretty tight.I love garage but I’m not sure I’ll sacrifice space in bedroom coz it’s weird wake up in the morning get all clothes and go to bathroom .how I said lovely unit but honestly idk.otherwise nice walk tru like always .thanks guys👍👌👌😍
Would you please get your audio/mic issues sorted out? I’m watching you using a home theater system and over the last month I feel that your videos are too difficult to watch because as soon as you turn away or walk away from Will or Andrea you can’t be heard clearly. Your audio was OK previous to a month or so ago so what change did you make recently?
Garage seems kinda small for golf cart…standard golf car I wonder if there’s walk around room or if you have to climb through the back window and go dukes of hazard on backing out the golf cart
Great unit, but since we have a dog, I couldn't help but notice the heat registers in the floor. I'm not sure why it's hard for RV manufacturers to get the registers off the floor, but I think they should try. This is an RV where foot traffic is more messy than a house because we're playing outside.
Don't like carpet in the slide and no pantry in the kitchen, also didn't see a central vacuum, love the big kitchen with the table overlooking the TV and love the desk, the garage is amazing as is the bathroom
I would prefer the trash can under the sink, not under the counter by the microwave. I would also have preferred the fridge to be to one side or the other and give me a larger counter. Those 2 little counters are wasted space to me.
Like the decor (its not all white) and basic layout. Basic kitchen design should form a triangle of sink, refrigerator, and stove with the trash can somewhere in that triangle, preferably close to the sink. The trash can is not in this triangle.
LIKE AWESOME FRONT KITCHEN THE LIVING ROOM THE MASTER QUEEN SIZE BED THE BATHROOM DON’T LIKE THE BAR YOU CAN NOT SET AROUND IT NO NIGHTSTANDS FOR THE MASTER BEDROOM NO PANTRY THE BLACK AND GRAY TANK REPLACEMENT
Shoot, I'd be happy with this floorplan even _without_ the garage & outside TV! Whatever shade Matt throws at dinettes, a rear u-dinette with a view gets my $$$, yet I agree with Matt, credenzas are the cream of the crop! That's what more & more RVers who work remotely on the road need. Credenzas make the ideal multi-use office space. Thanks, Forest River!
This is basically the same vid as three weeks ago. Sure it’s a different floor plan & color palette, but the Forrest River love fest going on is Gettin a little tired. Now that said- the big desk area is next level and I wish every manufacturer would get on board with those of us who have made the switch to fully remote work & want rigs that accommodate our busier, non-retired lifestyle. Big negative: so silly that this level fifth wheel has air ducts in the floor.
They are for the furnace. So where would you but them. We got one of course it’s not for everyone. It’s a couples rig. We got the MORryde independent suspension three solar panels same color. So let’s review your rig and see what we do and don’t like about it.
Really like this unit. Maximizes living space (where most of your time is spent), without a 1/2 bath, or dedicated dining area. Gives you two good sofas with 3 movable chairs. I really like mechanics of the fold out sofa and then the desk option. Top notch. The only hiccup is that the bed has to be up to fit my motorcycle in. I like to keep her warm and dry on the road! This and the Van Leigh are the two stand outs for me. 💪🏼🍻
MATT! I'VE GOT A QUESTION AT THE END OF THIS LITTLE RANT OF MINE... I've looked at this coach, or at least a competitors brand of the exact same floor plan and LOVE IT! The only thing that the wife hates about it and I dislike it as well is the Master Bed.... Too much like the toy hauler bedroom/storage space, or LACK of space in comparison to the travel trailer/5th wheels. There's just not enough storage in the closet and dresser concept. Then the North South bed... Another unliked concept but, for the right bedroom and small garage like this, we'd/she'd deal with the North south bed, I'd hope! We're going full time, I'd really like a toy hauler for a side by side for street legal driving where ever we end up at. All the garage toy haulers have the floor plan we both really dislike a LOT! Kitchen/living all in one space and not separated like this is with the stairs the the master is back and out of site. She is very adamant of that concept.... feeling of a house, not a travel trailer. Now my question to you Matt.... What's your opinion of the Jayco brand 5th wheels? Again, full time soon and going with nothing smaller than a 40 footer. Wanting the luxury and comfort but QUALITY. I've asked Josh the same question and want to see if you're on the same opinion.
I am okay with the "full body paint" not having the graphics on the slide-outs, but, why is every door painted except for the water heater and one other door? Seems like they are slacking a little, considering it is such a great 5th wheel overall.
Matt we will be full-timing next year. Tge Riverstone Legacy would be a contender, but it's my understanding that Forest River made a warranty change last year that no Forest River product, including the Riverstone brand would be warranteed for full time use. Is that valid information? Thanks.
Beautiful. your right its a great trailer. The only one Ive ever seen I like better is the one you showed with the separate living for a guest. I wouldn't travel with this I would park it and live in it.. Why do toy haulers and this garage have beds. I don't get it.
Over priced for sure. Can’t call it luxury with crap furniture. Also electric ebikes??? Really?? That like saying a hot water heater. And finally get over the floor vents, clearly you have no clue as to why and you have no experience with them. I replaced my with ones that are have directional control and they close…your ridiculous problem solved. You’re welcome. FYI i almost always skip you likes and dislikes now because that part of the video is useless.

This rig is a couple’s rig definitely not a family rig. As we eat up there all of the time.
Where is the pantry?
No pantry.
Love this floor plan.
Good review, as always!!
Can You Get A Harley Trike In The Garage With The Bed Down?
So cool. Just saw the commercial for Campground Views. Awesome for you guys and Campground Views.

We are heading to Florida in September, we will need a front living 5th wheel should we wait and buy from you?
If it had a mid bunk id be perfect😢
Find one with handicap acsess, wheel chair etc.
For $185,686.00 you can buy a 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom condo for that much money.
These aren’t targeted for people who are looking for a home. These are for people who can afford the “extras” of life & travel. Lol 😂
@@alisonxra ok do you release how many nights in a hotel that 185,686.00 can get you. About 1237 nights in a hotel at $150 a night. Let that sink in.
