Hey guys, in the previous video I spoke about the cars that you can get under Rs. 2 lakh in India. Here's a list of some cars that you can get under 1 lakh! Did I miss any? Let me know in the comments below! Since a lot of requested in the previous video, I'll make a series of such videos listing out used cars for every kind of budget! ua-cam.com/video/LC_-FudVzkA/v-deo.html
I would suggest to extend budget to atleast 2-3L even if its tight as spare parts, reliability and emission norms would be an issue for cars with age more than 12-15years. If budget is tight, the car you buy wouldn't be replaced anytime soon, so buy a good one.
Baleno, esteem , zen , ikon petrol , lancer petrol , figo petrol , beat petrol , spark , city , fiesta petrol , linea petrol . These are all good options. Lancer and the other ford cars could be slightly more expensive to maintain and parts too but absolutely worth it . Don't buy cheap american or Japanese sedans or hatchbacks with diesel engines ( fun and joy to ride but pockets will be empty maintaining it )
Ikon is too old now and getting spares would be an issue. Figo/Fiesta are decent options provided one has the bandwidth to spend extra to maintain them compared to the Japs
picked up an estilo for 1.5 lakhs 2011 model. the car was a steal deal . this can be a better bet considering it had modern interiors as compared to the wagonr n alto
How much kilometre running car is okay to buy? and any specific reason apart from suspension issue? can we buy petrol car with 1.5 lakh kilometres running?
well i think figo is only better in diesel for that torquey engine and efficiency, petrol i would prefer chevy beat which is far easier to maintain and the engine is much more smoother and also i believe it wont look like an older car as the design is way ahead of time. Just a personal opinion as myself i have purchased one at around 1.5lacs and it is really hassle free to use it
I like its design, which year model can I get and which one will be good...My budget right now is 1.5 lakhs. I was looking for CNG, but if I get diesel in budget then I can go for that also.
Hyundai Accent 2010 recommended ? Please respond , this is my dream car and I am getting an opportunity to buy it 2010 Petrol Model , feels decent to drive (at least in the test ride). But confused around the initial repairs and overall maintenance cost. Please help !
Thanks for the response @@soumyadeepbarik5711 Any comments on the initial repairs and long term maintenance costs in case you have some personal experience ?
@@nikhilPUD01 don't go for nano CNG as I experience CNG maintenance cost are high and also power is very low... Still suggest you to go with petrol and enjoy the ride. Make sure the body is not rusty. Rest you can fix entire car mechanically within 10k.
@@danish123d okay but what exactly is the maintenance in Nano CNG you paid higher for.. What was the issue? I am looking for a company fitted CNG car and not just Nano, Nano is compact and as a first time buyer I found it easy for traffic and small space areas... And I chose CNG because it has low running cost, less pollution, resale value will be higher than others and it's CNG + petrol always. Although I can increase my budget up to Rs 2 lakhs
Hello Motorbeam. A kind request to the team regarding your videos. I've been following you for quite a few years now and I know that you guys have a Hindi channel separately. It would be great if the videos in this channel are in English because it would make no sense to maintain a separate channel for Hindi if the videos in this channel are in Hindi. Hey, no hate regarding Hindi. I don't know Hindi and this is a genuine request!
Hello @Parth sir, I am from Patna Bihar, there is a Mercedes c class at 4.5L could get at 4 max. It has 43k mileage and 10 years old. If you have any mechanic in Bihar or Up, for a day please suggest and pls tell me if i should purchase or not.
Take it to authorities service center of Mercedes Benz... pay them 10k approx .. and ask them to give a vehicle report with service history, original Kilometers, and engine, gearbox, suspension, condition.. you are good to go
There is a rule to used German cars. If you can't afford a new one, you can't afford the maintenance on a old one. You might buy the car for 10L used, but the parts you will need for maintenance and the labour charges that to pay will be full price. Always remember that
@@ShnehansuRajBaruah naah not always... you as a buyer should be aware, and well knowledgeable to understand the condition of the car .. and the most important in premium cars that parts last long .. so you need good car knowledge to understand the vehicle..
You can buy it don't worry about maintenance, it is just a myth , if the car is serviced properly in the recommended time-duration , before buying just check them & go for it , as the end I would say it is worth buying.
Parth, should i bother buying such old cars in Bangalore at all? with regards to tis 15 years rule and horrible stories from Delhi region on Govt. just seizing people's old cars.
The 15 year rule may not come to other cities in the near future but you never know. If you’re buying right now, the first thing you need to do is get the fitness certificate renewed ASAP and extend it by 5 years

Okay, then..which car is best for the company-fitted CNG kit CNG + petrol car, I am on a tight budget of 2 lakhs, and I am a first-time buyer.
I would rather buy a Ford Figo , Chevrolet Spark , Chevrolet Beat , etc

Figo yes. Spark and Beat, I’d tread carefully. I’ve personally owned both of them 😢
