This IS the caliber of a majority of people going through the educational departments in colleges and universities these days, and for at least the past couple of decades, to get their teaching certificates. These ARE the people who get hired by public school systems because they are the ones available. There have been literally dozens of these cases each year for years now, and a majority of them are women. It's not the cream that rises to the top in America's public education system.
