Arcteryx Proton 4 Years Later! How has it held up?

Synthetic insulation jackets are prone to losing loft and breaking quickly. I am happy to show that my proton has been very durable for the past four years and its still quite lofty. It is a very durable jacket, great for high output activities.. as it should be for the price.

This is a good video, no BS and straight to the point. At what temperature does it get too hot to wear the jacket? No exercise, just standing around?
