The U.S. Military Tried To Decipher Her Secrets But Failed Because Her Programming Was To Complex. She Was Boxed Up And Stored Away.
She Later Was "Awakened" By The Presence Of Liza After Her Defeat Of The Ghouls That Had Resided In The Bunker.
After A Few Days L.E.I.A. and Liza Decided They Could Work Together To Further Their Comon Goals, Exlporarion, Intelligence Gathering And Some Human Experimentation.
