Is this pretty possible behind an un-ballasted old ski boat with just the ski pylon? The wake gets decent big at slower speeds I would say. Great tutorial though!
Absolutely! We highly encourage anyone to get out behind any boat and apply the things that we teach. By no means is an invert impossible without a ballasted boat. Some might feel as though it is much easier with a bigger wake. For inspiration, check out this classic video of Scott Byerly killing it behind an unballasted OUTBOARD boat. He is the godfather however. ua-cam.com/video/DupkCGXnhQU/v-deo.html
This is one of the first few inverts that is recommended because you can get the rotation at a slower boat speed, only going one wake. It makes the falls hurt less.
Thanks man this video really helped me. Landed my first flip on a wakeboard 2nd try using this video.
Be prepared to see more inverts come to you quickly! Getting the first one out of the way is a big deal. Congrats!

That is insane, I can't complain then my skier has a bigger wake than that. This week I am making this happen! Thanks for the link!
Kyle is to wakeboarding what Einstein was to physics.
We don't call him Dr. Wakeboarding for nothing!
Is this easier than a heel side forward roll?
