is it only me or p ranking a boss is way easier then p ranking a stage about only enemies
Well it's kinda obvious, In boss fight you need to fight one dude and that's it, not only you will learn quite fast it's patterns, but also you don't need to worry about one of requirements which is kills, also I could add to that time, since if you learn how boss works and have basic knowledge about quick way to drop his health time isn't issue and only things that left are style, meanwhile in stage you need to learn map to preform well and eliminate every enemy which actually isn't so easy and obvious, since you may skip enemies in secrets, also time is your worst enemy in stages

the tip about understanding enemies's weaknesses is very vital and tricky at the same time, since there are the obvious ones like hitting the fuel tank behind a streetcleaner or getting close to strays to delay their firing pattern, to obscure ones like grappeling schisms and streetcleaners midair for a onehit kill or knowing that maurice has a weakness to nails, getting more damage from the nailgun

Personally for really fresh new players I'd recommend the cybergrind as a sort of training for being a le to fight larger waves,dodge/move better and general understanding of mechanics and how other enemies bounce off eachothers strengths and weaknesses it helped me learn to hit coins almost every time and also helped with coe nuking which i Personally think is somewhat essential is you want to clear a entire wave of weak enemies in seconds
For me the hardest one is time. Kills and style you basically get automatically and if you don't have enough, you can gain more easily. With time. You can't recover it if you get a low rank and it actually requires you to do more than just go through the level exactly as intended and kill everyone you see
its the opposite, no problem with time because he time limits are forgiving, but kills with the tiniest stray sleeping behind a house and style with the freshness stuff

you have to be a MONSTER to P rank the whole game on a Controller. There's a reason some games give aim assist to players on console. Playing this hell of a game on a gamepad is INSANE. That was amazing.
As a controller player who, doesn’t use aim assist, is currently P-ranking the game, i’ll take that as an compliment.
is beating the game (not everything p-ranked) on mousepad also good

@@Darkran_240P It was fine for me. I haven't ever had problems with style requirements if that's what you are implying and if so then I can't really relate. (based off of many people saying style's the biggest problem in p-ranking these levels)
@@ecoman_prime style was the problem in 4-3 (maybe i do the four pillar dual wield room all at once and that’s the main issue, dying is for 6-1 (the end)
@@Darkran_240P Actually I always do the 4-3 dw room all at once cause
1. fun
2. personal challenge (hello a quite infamous gauntlet that preceds a quite infamous boss)
3. the enemies demolish eachother anyway and that gives me style (also battling all of them lets me do collateral damage whose name is +MULTIKILL, +PROJECTILE BOOST and many other)
However there is a much, much higher risk of dying if you do that

neat trick to get style
whiplash an enemy and immediately shoot a rocket at them before they get close to you
this will give you an easy +Fireworks and if you're like me you won't really use the rocket launcher much to kill enemies so you can switch to it solely to get style
I already p-rnied the entire game in all difficultys but I'm watching because of act 3 levels and p-2 that are not available yet
I'm currently working through p ranks one level at a time and am struggling to get to 30000 style points on ship of fools.

i almost p ranked 6-1 on my first try after completing the level for the first time with a D rank, the problem is I missed 2 strays (my gameplay was immaculate as well...)
basically for 6-1, be fast AF, set traps, ricoshot for days, and railcoin shots ftw, SERIOUSLY learning how to instakill maurice, sentries and sword machines helps a lot
A series of how to p rack pacific levels would be a huge help

Idk, i have shotgun user tactic, Gabriel is so ez Whiplash + Red Arm kick after Whiplash + Pump shotgun shot with 3 power right in Gabriel's face + Heal with screwdriver + repeat, just dont loose his out of ur eyes
I beat flesh prison, tomorrow ill try to beat minos, this shotgun tactic works all the time but one bad thing about that is style points, you wont get much actually, that bc i (really rarely) use piercer and marksman with quickdraw
If u can accutally get perfect time on most levels then u can probably get perfect style cuz time is kindof harder

Guys be honest, I wanna experience all of this game so I wanna fight the secret boss by P-ranking all of act 1 and eventually act 2 if there's something similar later, but is that realistic of me to want? Like I can't fucking p-rank meat grinder I'm so ass at gaining style
Look up a few style guides. The easiest ways to get a good style score is to use the coin in combos, keep momentum during combat, and swap weapons frequently. You can do it just keep perfecting the moves!
If you want to cheese the hell out of style point, unequip everything except the 1-2 weapons you use the most. They will stay at Fresh forever.
