Thanks for another great video Brian. It was enjoyable to watch and was interesting. Really like those seals you are putting on your shop doors. Really seals up the doors for winter time especially. That is a super company that does that. They did Larsons doors also. That was a great idea to have that done to your doors especially the big one. Good product and good people that do it. Busy time for you all getting the corn 🌽 out of several of your fields. Sounds like a better yield in one of your fields that had better soil and less gravel base. Glad your yield is up. That noise in your header is a terrible sound. Think you narrowed it to the roller on the end of the header. That roller is hydraulic I believe. Maybe not. Well anyway you got it to quiet down so hard to tell what the issue is. Keep an eye on it I guess. I see you got one of those battery packs. Those are super handy to have especially for your trucks. Handy item to have Brian. Remember to keep it charged up. About it I guess. You all take care and be safe. Thanks. The Iowa farm boy. Steve.
Real kind of you Brian to hold the truck back for that lady & her mischievous dog, personally I'd probably kept moving slowly to get to the field, but having seen you I might well wait if it ever happens to me. 😃
Y'all have jumped in with a LOT of new stuff at once. Working out the bugs takes longer, because you have to figure out which component is the issue. Great video, and you explain things without any 🐂💩!
Your new combine is typical. Dealer says field ready. Yes Air in tires hydraulics hooked up. And pin In hitch. Yje rest is field check. Been there many of times.
When your deck plates are too tight you get full stalks in the head like he was getting which cause’s problems. If some of the corn is down I would suggest removing the stationary knives, they can also cause full stalks to go in the head rather than getting chopped.
Why not irrigate when you are so close to the river and all the creeks the beavers damn up. I would think it would help out everywhere and in the gravel areas the most.
Kinda looks like the stalks aren't getting pulled down fast enough on your header and too much of it is going through the combine. What's the roller RPM at? I have a rota-disc and its running like 6-700 rpm. Not sure if the NorthStars run slower.
They are aggressive but they are selling what appears to be a very good product compared to the door seals that come with the door. Both super nice guys also
I bought that jump-pack back in the summer, had 3 labels cautioning it voided warranty if not fully charged, well, I took it back, not buying anything that warns me not to buy it, how can it stay fully charged out in the field? Had heard they were good but warning labels telling me not to buy it was too much for me!- lol Read the labels, perhaps I am wrong!
Well 3000 + dollars later we got most of the broken parts replaced in the Gleaner. Not sure how you ran it with a broken return tailings auger in it. Especially since there was a half a dozen warning going off. (Must have broke in shipping.)🙄
Not sure what you’re talking about. Last time we ran that combine it ran like a top. Sounds kinda like your accusing us of being dishonest or something. We traded a combine to a dealership and then talked to you on the phone about the combine. We made zero dollars based on the sale of that machine and you got a smoking deal on it. I had nothing to gain or loose by telling you everything we could about the machine.
@BriansFarmingVideos Just frustrated that this machine had a handful of problems right off the semi. Problems not your fault, straw spreader running backwards (appears to have been that way since new, no evidence of ever turning the correct direction nor evidence that the hydraulic lines were removed and accidentally installed wrong, still had all the paint marks lined up) that threw trash into the chaff spreaders causing the fins on the left chaff spreader to break (most likely from corn cobs), no brakes (checked fluid and added some, bled brakes right brake is now somewhat working left brake still nothing will let dealer fix when I'm done harvesting) sensor issue with the engine fan. Folding grain tank extension is out of time so doesn't work correctly (that's why the top grain level sensor got messed up) it gets caught on the bubble up auger. All of this was observed before I ever made it to the field, after running about 50 acres of beans one of the u-joints on the bubble up auger went out (really nobody's fault, just bad luck). Now not AGCO's fault the unload auger made alot of noise and since the auger extension wasn't really a necessity I removed the extension. The extension might not have been perfectly true but I think the main problem was that the auger seemed to be just a bit too long and was tight against the knuckle at the bottom and wobbled badly and half of the welds on the bearing support on the end of the auger were broke. Plus the auger is balanced from factory so the extension throws off the balance. So I rewelded the bearing support and removed the extension, runs much smoother and quieter. When I changed over to corn I noticed one bolt was different on the chopper pulley (no big deal) 3 of the bolts I took out the threads were badly stretched so I just replaced all six of them. Went to the feederhouse to change that pulley over to corn and noticed it too had a bolt that wasn't original then discovered one of the threaded holes in the hub was completely stripped out, that hub is almost 400 bucks. I've watched a bunch of your videos and it's been carnage after carnage. I get it some times it seems like a guy just can't catch a break but this machine isn't 20 yrs old. I'm not asking you to do anything just letting you know what I found on the machine. I still like the machine and yes it's was a good deal but just not really impressed with Ohio Ag.
I love Jeff. I bet hanging out with him all day would just make you a better person. His positivity is infectious
You know it’s those “red snouts” - the Fendt is rejecting them 🤣
Good times
He now identifies as Rudolph the red snout combine!
That snoot guy is a hell of a salesman. He’s got that pitch down.
I like him I’ve seen him on MF and maybe Larsons good quality stuff!
Thanks for another great video Brian.

The door seal looks like a wonderful idea and solution to a problem. 😊. Did the field do 200 bushels ?😊

You Guys keep it up, You might have to read the Owners Manual😂
Hell we are past that point lol

Nice work Brian, awesome content!
Here I thought you were done with corn. Thanks Brian
Another great day of harvest.
Love the video Brother! Copperhead Concave should allow for more capacity.
Flip up the cover in front of feeder house it will feed better it flips up for a reason
A paccar with an engine light. That’s something I’m used too haha

Hello from Siesta Key Florida
Had did BJ plug the head on the combine? Sorry BJ much love.

Protocol is air horn...❤
oct 16 in northern alberta canada we have not had frost yet
Awesome Video as Always!!
Do you guys still lack the ideal combine
Those F-ing Snert stopper guys are EVERYWHERE. He could sell ice to an Eskimo.
By the way these guys are very aggressive in their "marketing". Its why they have done everyone with an audience shops.
They are aggressive but they are selling what appears to be a very good product compared to the door seals that come with the door. Both super nice guys also
Can i get some snirtstopper in Sweden ?
