Un poquito de explicación sobre la tortillas con queso en Mexico. Hay 2 variaciones de quedasadillas y 2 similares a las quesadillas (en 1 de estas ultimas, entraria esta receta). Las quesadillas del sur de Mexico, es una tortilla de maiz doblada con un guiso y sin queso, ha excepcion que pidas que le agregen queso. Las quesadillas del norte de Mexico es una tortilla de maiz/harina doblada con queso. Las del video seria más una sincronizada (en el norte del Mexico es más común las tortillas de harina) que es una tortilla o 2 tortillas (si la quieres circular) lleva queso con 1 guiso o ingredientes adicionales (jamon, tocino, etc). Tambien esta el empalme es 1 o 2 tortillas de maiz (doblada o circular) lleva queso, frijoles (deben ser molido o refritos) y guiso adicional.

Definitivamente la quesadilla más difícil que voy hacer en mi vida🤣 yo solo pongo la tortilla de harina en el comal, queso, doblo y a comer(obviamente echo salsa). Creo que es una quesadilla más al estilo de los puestos callejeros en México, donde aparte del queso, le ponen un guiso. La mantequilla no lo veo muy necesario sólo es cuestión que se caliente la tortilla y se derrita el queso(en mi opinión como mexicana)

As Mexican I don't need fancy filling. Some Oxaca Cheese or Manchego or any that melts and some spicy salsa and I'm good to go. The bacon one is a must try though. Btw I've made 4 quesadillas in a single pan.
