Removing Immense Cuterebra From Little Kitten's Head (Part 27)

In this footage, a young domestic shorthair cat is brought to the vet clinic, showing discomfort and frequently scratching her face. Upon inspection, a Cuterebra larva was discovered embedded in the cat's face, causing her significant distress. The veterinarian carefully removed the larva, ensuring the procedure was done with minimal discomfort to the cat. After the extraction, the vet administered pain relief and antibiotics to ward off any possible infection. The kitten responded well to the treatment and is now resting comfortably, showing normal behavior such as eating, drinking, and playing. Regular check-ups are being done to ensure she makes a full recovery.
