That poor, sweet girl. The real world is going to destroy her. She might get lucky and find someone to protect her, but ...the odds aren't good for her.
Really? I actually thought the judge, noticing the plaintiff was likely on the spectrum, was therefore being nicer to her than usual. Judge Millian gets far nastier with bright people making dumb mistakes.
This woman needs professional guidance! She’s not employed and is obviously on the spectrum! Shame on the judge for making fun of the mentally challenged. I know it’s on television so she wasn’t a juicy case but that was embarrassing for all of us to watch.
The plaintiff clearly has some limitations in her capacity to process all of it and all she knows or can process is that she is out money. Wish the judge would have had a bit more patience and empathy in communicating because it borderline comes across as though she is moking her. Feel bad for the plaintiff, she was taken advantage of and manipulated. Hope she has someone looking out for her.
Yes exactly. I can't tell if judge million is mocking her or playing it up for TV. This was probably around 2012. In 2012 barely anybody talked about spectrums or autism. Especially in women.
she followed the details of how to get him locked back up, she my not speak fast enough for some and did not realize people were laughing at her, but her mind was on point. She filed the case, too
JUDGE!!!! SHAME ON YOU!! you're not usually like this! this young lady is OBVIOUSLY mentally impaired, being taken advantage of, and YOU'RE NOT HELPING HER. mocking and sarcasm do NOT become you!! bad day??? shameful on your part your 'honor'.....just shame.
Shame on you for making a vast assumption on a stranger when the judge treated her no differently than she treats any other litigant. The plaintiff understood the judge just fine when she reworded how the contract would sound. Stop assuming if someone seems slow they must also be stupid and need to be taken care of like a child. It’s way more disrespectful to treat someone with a lack of agency than what you’re projecting onto the judge.
@@ashb7846shame on you for calling the plaintiff stupid. Anyone with a normal degree of competence can see plaintiff is most definitely challenged in some way shape or form. She’s most certainly on the spectrum, and the judge failed to take that into consideration when speaking to her. The ruling was legally correct, but the judge’s handling was callous.
Actually, she did not volunteer any information about her mental capacity so doesn't the judge owe her the same treatment she would give anyone else? When women come in there suing for monies disbursed while supporting an undeserving male stranger who is obviously taking advantage of them, she typically stares them in the face and calls them stupid so she kind of went easy on her during this case. I wish she had asked her about any disabilities, though.
@ how incredibly RUDE would that have been to ask about a disability?! I can completely understand the judge taking that stance either way someone who isn’t disabled in a mental capacity. However, in this case, her limitations are clear. The judge was nasty.
Milian is ALWAYS like that. She doesn't have an empathetic bone in her body! She calls every single litigant stupid for being kind and helping people in need. She mocks every person that comes on her show.
That's what I'm saying. And it turned out like this. JM saying the guy cheated but I never heard the plaintiff say that, in her mind that was her boyfriend and he's moving in with her
She remind me of the kids that were in the extra help class. I’ve often wondered what happens to them after high school. Sucks that they don’t get the continued life support they really need
As a man, I disagree with her and I would say only a small percentage of men are like that. Sadly I think she believes that because that is probably the only type of men she has ever known.
Lovely legal system you've got-people can just change their minds for whatever reason about the bail, and the guy gets arrested. Equally lovely of the PC to mock a mentally disabled person.
The judge kinda joking around with her is messed up here, as if shes a normal person, joking saying "maybe she cant read" ...... I think its very possible she cant. She seems beyond SLOW, I'd use another word, but in todays world its not allowed!
@@heatherdowhaluk2128 Yeah it kinda does which is why I wrote what i wrote. You must be one of the great and enlightened WOKE people which proves what I just wrote. Even hinting at it, and you're ready to pounce. Go away please.. Ughhhh
