Pros and cons of the dv1. I use mine mainly for Airband monitoring. Pros, fantastic and easy to use, with the butel software its an even better experience. Lots of flexibility with rx filters etc. I use 15khz with airband. Cons, I live up high so intermod can be an issue and sometimes out of nowhere the front end gets overloaded and i find myself reaching for the squelch constantly. Interestingly an old uniden 760 doesn't have this issue. What agc setting are you using on airband? This for me greatly changes your experience. Cheers
Hi mate. What antenna do you use for the DV1 in the video? I've had the DV1 for over a year now and it's great for finding new Frequencies. I have pulled more towards my Uniden sds100 though as my General receiver. Great videos 👍

Hi i use a Co-linear in my loft and a Discone antenna my main problem is the local interference inside this house .
