- In this video I review the brand new Ultimate Foot Soldier from NECA! I discuss all of the items and compare them to how they appear in the show. I explain which episodes they appear. I compare this new Foot Soldier to the earlier releases in 2017 and 2019. With the Alpha-1 head I show how this figure scales with other NECA, Super7, and Playmates figures! Finally I wrap everything up by reviewing the only episode to feature the Alpha-1 Foot Soldier, "THE FOOT SOLDIERS ARE REVOLTING". Wow one of the best reviews ever. Great job my friend. Very detailed and right to the point. I was really was hoping that you would of talked about how there was more then one Alpha 1s in that episode and you did. Yes laziness on the people that draw that episode. Even on the very first episode you can see that they messed up on the color of masks. Like Michelangelo be talking or another turtle can’t really remember and it be someone’s else mask. Which they do very often. But on the first episode? That’s their premiere episode. They shouldn’t mess up on that. But anyways again great review. I really appreciate you my friend. Haha yeah color mistakes on the first ep is really bad. I know in that episode Donatello tries to stop April from leaving the sewers only it’s Raphaels voice haha. I’ve been going through the show and cataloguing the items and weapons in case Neca releases something obscure, plus it’s fun for me. I’ve been saving screenshots of some of the funniest goofs. If I ever get a good amount I’ll have to make a video about them. One episode I just watched recently Rocksteady had Bebop’s shoulder pads. Another Rat Kings eyes flash like a foot above his head and then return to his face. Thanks for watching the video, I’m glad you liked it! I’ve been trying to go over all of the Neca tmntttoys and talk about the accessories. Sometimes they release some very obscure ones. I’m trying to finish up my wave 3 ultimates review so I can move on to Muckman and mondo gecko, but work is holding me up which stinks. Without work I couldn’t buy any toys though so it has to be done haha.

Also remember that one episode where the big Octopus or squid had Rocksteady, but then you see him in the boat with Shredder? Ugh their one job is color and make sure the artwork matches. But still love them all. But for them to have multiples of Alpha 1 was so lazy. He’s Alpha 1. That is what makes him stand out. They need all the episodes of 4K with a digital copy so I can watch the ones when I want instead of putting in a different disc each time. Baxter as the fly is my favorite. Think we’ll have the full body for his computer knowing the one computer that came had a hole on the bottom? Anyways thanks again, and congrats on being a dad. Congratulations on getting this at retail cost! My main competition posted in the group today saying there were multiple Foot's at my Target. Even though I go there everyday (including today), these were apparently put out in the morning. Ahhhh, the good ol' days when employees worked there that knew where the stuff was kept in the back, so I never missed a release. If it's put out on the shelves, it's gone 8 hours before I can even make it in.
That’s a bummer. Hopefully you get yours soon. Neca really needs to increase their numbers. I think my store only got 3. That’s just not enough.

Thanks man. Well I got my one from AliExpress, but definitely need me just one more Foot so I can have Alpha-1 and 5 total Foot Soldiers. Still not quiet enough, but I wanna show off every Foot Clan weapon. Yeah for real, only 3 at a time is definitely not enough...especially knowing that even collectors are gonna buy multiples.

Didn't get a notification, so just saw your question going back to the video. I definitely like the red symboled one more, it's just more iconic. But I certainly wouldn't mind one or two more of these to make yellow versions...if I can ever get them in store.

I sold off my NECA stuff to just do Super 7 due to the cheap plastic NECA uses, but its odd that their Movie line seems to use better plastic and now the cartoon line uses better plastic but only on some releases. I wish they were more consistent but I just can't drop $100 on these sets with them having so many issues. I am hoping Super 7 does some toon versions at some point for Shredder since Playmates had one in their line. Great video as always though. And yes I did swap the heads with the new foot soldier and the old one too (while I had mine). The Ultimate Foot Soldier was the last figure I bought before selling my collection off.
I’ll have to try and swap the foot soldiers heads! Thanks for letting me know. I understand why you decided to jump ship and only collect one line. Things are getting expensive and I understand what you mean about the softer plastic. The only Super7 figure I almost broke was the foot soldier. Other than that the joints feel great. I hope they post wave 6 soon!
The sword didnt shoot the ray beams it was the fan.
It’s a sword in that shot. Maybe they goofed. If you watch the episode go to around 18:22. A foot soldier jumps down in front of Mikey holding a sword and he points it at Mikey and then the beam shoots out.
The funny thing is even if they were knock offs is it really that different from NECAs QC?

Love this long form stuff! Still gotta get one of these guys. I don’t have any foot at all yet. There is a ton of great stuff in this package though. This and Metalhead are the only ultimate figures I haven’t gotten yet. Looks like the Pizza Monster is next up too.
I wish Neca would actually have preorders for guys like this foot soldier because he’s an army builder and people want multiples of them. I was able to buy a second one on their site when they listed them, but selling a limited amount of stock online is different. Give people a week or two to preorder 4 if they want. Metal head is pretty great. Has he shot up in price?
@@razrentals8897 I’ve been seeing metalhead for around $50. Occasionally one pops up closer to retail but it gets picked up before I can respond. He’s a great figure though. Love the chest opening Gun feature. Neat little addition there.
Those foot soldiers are a whole issue though. Like, I want one of the 2 packs and an ultimate so I have 2 basics and I can give them accessories from the ultimate. But the 2 pack is like $100 and the ultimate is like $60. $100 for 2 basic army builders with basic accessories is hard to justify,
@@spadedonemcdysentery2493 ouch yeah that price is rough now. There’s some figures that neca should keep making more and more of and foot soldiers are definitely some. They probably should produce the turtles more as well.
@@razrentals8897 Dude, as far as I’m concerned, April, Casey and Shredder should all have ultimates with tons of accessories and the army builder packs (Foot soldiers, Triceraton infantry and Roadkill Rodney) should be flooding the market. Folks are showing that they’ll buy em up. I’m sitting here looking at Chinese knockoff Foot Soldiers as an option cuz scalpers have priced most collectors out and NECA is just leaving those peoples sales on the table.
@@spadedonemcdysentery2493 I think they’re tying too much to let scarcity drive the appeal of the line. I’m sure a lot of people have been turned off from the series just because they can be so hard to find.

From the Fred wolf series I think I have 7. 4 normal, the slashed one, the bashed one and the ultimate one.

Hey Raz I'm not sure if you see this comment. Well there is something I'm kind of curious about. I would like to know your thoughts on your opinions on the various ninja turtles cartoons throughout the years specifically the main for from the 87 Show to Rise of the TMNT. And if you're not open to that show then just TMNT 2012.
I like the 87 cartoon, but it’s not my favorite 80s show. My favorites are RealGhostbusters, Thundercats, and Ducktales. 87 Tmnt can get really repetitive and sometimes aims too much at the younger kid audience. I think as a kid I always wanted my cartoons to feel like they were made for bigger kids. It certainly helps in replay value now. I still love RGB, Thundercats, and ducktales. I only watch 87 Tmnt every now and then, but I love certain things episodes and I love how Neca really throws in all of their awesome Easter Eggs. I saw a few episodes of turtles next mutation, but didn’t like it back then. 2003 cam he out when I was in college and discovering the mirage Tmnt comics. I was amazed at how different the comics were from the 87 turtles I grew up with. I was also amazed at how close the 2003 followed the mirage comics. I liked that series a lot, but I missed the 87 voices. My older son use to watch the season 2 dvd with the fugitoid and the Triceratons (based off of mirage comics 4-7) all of the time and the fast forward dvds. I didn’t think I’d like the 2012 show, but it may be my favorite. I’m not a huge fan of 3D and I didn’t think anything could top 2003 because Peter Laird was heavily involved in the show, but they proved me wrong and had really great stories. I loved the really creepy episodes and my youngest son loves the show too. Two years ago I bought the whole show on dvd so we could watch it all in order. I like the older 80s/90s designs more, but I like the stories more in 2012. I never really watched Rise. I saw one episode I think and just didn’t like it much. I thought Teen Titans Go was alright, but I didn’t want another show just like it. I would rather they had made more 2012 episodes. I’m not someone who complained on the net about Rise. They’ll probably have a new regular show and maybe it’ll be good and maybe it won’t, but most likely they’ll keep pumping new stuff out. I have complained about the recent IDW comics though a couple of times haha. No not like a keyboard warrior. I just been so bored for the past 20 issues. My favorite comic is the Archie Adventures, but it may be even with volume 1. Vol 3 was cool but weird since they kept throwing in random image characters.
@@razrentals8897 I LOVED the Archie TMNT Adventure comics❗I wish Maligna had an action figures. And some of the newer chapters in TMNT IDW were a little boring, but #116-117 were AMAZING to me

@@razrentals8897 maybe super7 can make those ones along with recreating the toy line since at least from what I could tell the turtles designs seem to be an amalgamation between their cartoons and their action figures
