Ha ha, I'm visiting Tanzania for the last 3 weeks. Last five days in Paje. I picked up nice frame still springy sea wear and tasted . Crunchy, On main land I bought a head of lettuce like you were showing in a previous video . Fine chopped it , add all of the available vegetables like niania, pili pili hoho, cucumber, kitungu, limbo, mashed parachichi, olive oil, few olives and any available nuts for added crunchiness and protein . I'm not vegetarian so sometimes I add boiled eggs . My Tanzanian friend who didn't think anyone can eat raw vegetables loved it and wanted me to teach them.
Since introduced it to me I've loved to eat in its raw form; I likes its taste (salty like) when crash them down…. Will make & try a blended recipe having cinnamon & other ingredients to test its taste.... Wow, Irish Moss!!!
Im new here! great page glad I found this!. I was wondering about hair care products. I am coming to Dar es Salaam in a few months and was wondering if i need to bring an entire suit case of hair care products that i prefer.
Greetings! There’s actually quite a few options here for hair care products nowadays. Way more than when I first got here. The main place I go to for mine is a store in Mlimani City Mall called S.H. Amon or something like that. It has most of the products that we’re familiar with back in the states. But I’d still bring a select few just in case.
Greetings sis. Yes, I have been incorporating SM into my diet for, I'd say 5 or more years. My fave recipe or way to use it is to stir fry/sautee them in a tiny bit of coconut oil. So delicious. I snack on it - Period. This works well with fresh sea moss though👍
When I put SM gel in my smoothies, I add YL mineral essence. I normally can't handle the spiciness of the oils and the waxiness of the moss, but together it's 👌🏾.
Wow she is gorgeous and full of joy. I tried going to the website to order and couldn’t get through. Please assist me sister with a new link. What info can I give you to make this happen. In addition,, great possibility to eventually transition to Tanzania. I my husband and I have watched your channel for year’s now. Congratulations, on all your movements and success. Ann D
Unbelievable fact I've encountered on eating "Mwani" in its raw state - It's called Mood Enhancement. See! Sea Moss Benefits would not be so wide spread if it wasn't for its high essential mineral content. Potassium helps our body maintain healthy mental and emotional function. A lack of it can lead to anxiety, irritability, and depression. Because Potassium can't be stored, we need an adequate supply from our food. Irish Moss packs more potassium than two bananas. This makes it the premier food to help boost mental health and uplift mood. Funny Fact!
Hi Traveling Sista, I have been trying to get hold of you. Myself, husband and daughter (11) want to move to Dar Tanzania ,,but I cannot afford the cost of the international schools. I Am really worried about the schooling and wanted to get suggestions as to schools she can attend. We currently live in the artsy creative area Asheville North Carolina, and love that vibe and all the natural living here. The schools my daughter has been able to go to are small, friendly and pretty alternative. Anyway, thanks for any suggestions you can give regarding the school situation. Thanks! and have watched almost all your videos by the way. Your contact on your website does not work, that is why I am hoping you see this.

Yep! That’s why it took me a whole year 😂 but you just really have to implement it in a way where it tastes good and you have to get creative.
