I haven't tried that exact comp yet myself but it's probably because of Lucy - she buffs the teams damage by a lot with her EX (and chain attack if M2) if she has a high attack stat
Lucy contributes a lot of ATK and my Grace is running ATK% instead of AM on Disc 4. I actively try to play in a way that lines up Disorder after Grace's Shock (2:26) because of how Disorder scales. Burn into Shock won't do anything here, since the Fire characters have no Anomaly stats. I wish I could see how much personal damage Lucy contributes with the boars and her ult. Her ult has a huge multiplier and gives energy to the team, so I try to use it the most. This Shiyu Defense also gives a lot of damage to stunned enemies, so I try to avoid spending resources on enemies that aren't stunned. I think it would be difficult to do anything without a stunner, and Anomaly damage also scales with character level. I'd try to use Grace and Piper together, and maybe Anby as the 3rd just to stun and generate more Shock anomaly.
I think she's pretty important for the ATK buff and helping build Burn with Koleda for the Disorder. ATK helps Grace's damage for anything that's not related to the Anomaly. I think Ben would have higher personal damage than Lucy, but Grace in this kind of team demands a lot of field time that Ben might take up instead.
Mate, im trying a lot. What is the secret behind Grace? Ive Anthon, Koleda, Piper M1, Rina, Anby, but it doesnt work. How do you do this dmg? >_
