I dont get it you are asking someone on Etsy if you can create a competitive listing to theirs and have them fulfill it. I am not sure why they would agree to this.
Wish I had the money for your course. Even though it's mostly "affordable", still way out of my price range.
What about pricing? What is the strategy if you compete in pricing even if the supplier give you some discount?
Often times people think that Etsy is small and neighborhood size, which means another person coming on the platform means a significant competition. There are millions of customers that don’t see your competitions, listings. So even if you priced it slightly above your supplier, you will show good traction
For example, I sell my dog collar to my sellers $9.50 even though my etsy shop, I average order volume for one unit is $25. So it’s also a part of negotiation, the manufacturer does need to recognize that the more the seller is excited the more chance there will be volume.

What should I answer if I'm a new seller with no shops and they want to see if I have some experience? I want to the supplier to trust me that I can do it but have nothing much to show them.
