The cues of squatting with knees out and toes forward is a vast generalization that has been passed off as an all encompassing back up cue for many coaches who don't know how to take into consideration the incredibly large amount of differences in physiology from person to person. Some people have retroverted or anteverted hips meaning the angle of the toes should be different in both cases. Since the knees should track over the toes, the optimal degree of "pushing the knees out" should be accounted for and visible in both cases.

You guys are amazing. But, what I wouldn't give to be 26 and have discovered CrossFit back then. I'm 45...like I was 19 when you were born, Craig. You were weightlifting then. I am PR'ing like crazy after doing crossfit for 4+ years, but man, sometimes I wish I was born 20 years later. Of course, I would never trade my career as a marine biologist, my wife and my kids. But STILL
I got into a war on another video because I suggested more direct hamstring/glute work to fix the knee issue. A chain is trying to take over too much for the lack of strength in her pchain. So building strength in hamstring curls, GHR, Good mornings, even throwing in sumo squats and deadlifts. It's not a sin to borrow from bodybuilding and powerlifting.
We just finished yesterday’s video per our pre gym ritual and I told Dara I was disappointed as we’d have to wait a day for the next video. Low and behold this dropped right after we finished. I’m now running late to the gym. 😬
One question guys: Will the backpacks be available this next launch in late February? The one that Jas use and you guys show on instagra ma while back ago, like military style in black and sand yellow. Love you guys so much, biggest inspiration in this world

I really enjoy your channel, just one thing, I don't get it, what's wrong with the mindset about age. I really don't understand. You are a sport man, and you eat well, and I'm pretty sure you have some good habits. I know people with 50 doing more than people in their 20's, enjoying more their body, using it in many ways. The age is not the problem, but the habits. The habits dictates everything. Is not about the age, is all about if you are capable of make your own life interesting, in your own terms. I had the necessity of type this because you have preatty strong message and awesome community. And that mindset joking or real, cause really damage indirectly. Old people at 30 or 40, come on man! The spectancy of life is 70 years, are you assuming that you are old most of your life?
