My friend has this car. I went to the mall with her yesterday and was in the back seat. I actually liked it. Very comfortable and the sound system is absolutely marvelous! The leather seats are made of the smoothest leather I've ever felt. 10/10 would lease!
@@bruuh3130 time really does fly. I ended up getting in a wreck and totaling my family’s Toyota Corolla. We replaced it with an A3. So now we have 2 Audi’s.
@@sebalpha no issue but gas is kinda expensive for this car. Apart from that, if this car is broken, finding new parts is hard and expensive. It's a great car anyway
You Americans are lucky. You can buy European cars much cheaper than most of us Europeans. Can't believe how low the car prizes are over there in the U.S. In terms of American cars the prizes are unbelievable. I've bought bicycles here that cost more!
No standard backup camera is a big no no, this is a DOT mandate soon and they're skimping because they can. Also props to the presenter, his robotic breathing and speaking style has toned down alot making this more enjoyable to watch.
This car is for MY 2015. The car is match better with the design refresh introduced with MY 2017. At least you can have a virtual cockpit without paying for an A4 or A5.

I had a 2013 VW GLI Audubon edition, it was amazing, both in design, timeless looks, and tech. Had everything one could want plus, the A3 has a larger sunroof, less passenger space and trunk space, but does have the option of AWD. I’m curious which will be liked more...the german or the mexican?...time to see.

1820AL looks are subjective. i like the gti's looks better than the a3. I do agree on the ride quality though and the quattro awd system that the gti lacks. You are correct, GTI lacks VVT but it still has VVL from what i understand. (correct me if im wrong) looking at the specs from audi and vw, they have the same performance specs. the gti even gets 1mpg better in the city because of the weight advantage. it has the same drivetrain too. There are always differences between a transverse and a longitudinal engines. I'm not saying the Audi is a bad car, I'm just saying for the money, if youre looking for comfort,drivability, theres better options.
Well I own an '13 Audi S7, so Im not looking for a car in this segment. But to me, looking at the GTI and the A3 side by side, the A3 does look more upscale, but like you said, looks are subject. Ive ridden in both vehicles and the suspension calibration is very much different from each other respectively, as the A3 is more of a compliant and softer ride while the GTI is more of a stiffer and less shock bounce- filled ride.

My friend ended up crashing her Audi about 6 months ago sadly. She ended up getting a Cadillac ATS a few days later.
