Very impressive that you can do them well on both sides. I used to do these well enough that the director asked me to demo it for the advanced 16 YO girls, but I'd rather point them to you.

yes I trained there for 4 years and prior to that in England at RBS. I am now a full time coach and online teacher to my BWI members around the world.
