It's all coming together! Months of prep and now it's all starting to look like a proper working mini. Congrats on the progress.

Brilliantly entertaining video as usual Matt and more great progress. I hope you will be doing a video of the reaming of the radius arms, as I've never done that and I'd like to see the process. Simon.

Making good progress Matt. Innit great putting new parts on. You're inspiring me to work on my project was out last night on the drive welding in the dark.

get a wire wheel for your bench grinder. it works so well you'll opt to clean things that you might miss while using your angle grinder.
    keep up the good work.

How did you put the nut on the front mount pin without it turning?

Do you mean top arm pin? Just tightened both at sane time

Thanks. We just acquired a British green proper right hand drive here in the states. It's really rough and incomplete. But it's a mini. That's all that matters.

Great work tonight , im in the process of cleaning up my rear frame at the mo , and over the square hole it had some orignal looking duck tape stuff to keep the dirt/road spray of the back of the troublesome bolts and big pin. Is it worth a new bit of tape ? Have u seen that before ?
