I’m so glad this is still on UA-cam. I remember listening to this exact video when I was maybe 15 and 16 years later here it is 🙌🏼☺️ life was so carefree, joyous, and beautiful back then. I miss it so. But I’m learning to enjoy the now no matter how it looks. Peace to anyone reading this. Love always

I looked sojourn in a dictionary a long time ago to understand what the Moody Blues album Seventh Sojourn meant by sojourn & the definition was 'A resting place after a journey' which made sense to me.

stoned hippy music with drum loop
I really haven't seen the movie in its entirety.. and I don't see it listed in the released soundtrack..however that doesn't mean the song, or a version of it wasn't in the movie ,, it could simply mean that it did not make it on the soundtrack....the audio track info is over in the info box ,, thanx for the view!
not by me! it' my favorite! the sounds it makes take me to heaven!
it's a combo
Neat images!!
It takes me to outside,to nowhere and everywhere, than inside dance with my ears,brain,body and soul,... It gives me truth and power of life.
4:35 give me somethig!!!
Oh, haha. I'm pretty sure the song's not actually in Ocean's Eleven, it just sounded alot like the "bank robbing" theme that's in the movie.
=P

@sekerber you don't have to you know ? ;) just because a few 60's rockstars discovered both at the same time does not mean one has absolutely anything to do with the other ! in fact, in traditional training sitar players led a life as far away from weed as possible.
♬•*¨*•.¸¸♪♫ Wonderful !! I enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing.
shape shifting hahaha
There are 1.2 billion people in India that would probably disagree with that statement.
@jurassicjaf yes I used some hubble dvd or something from what I recall for the source video.. Stargaze: Hubble's View of the Universe I and II
amazing beats 👍👍👍.. but we cant save this . 😕😕😕
the information on more info looks really buzzy when u read it, the definitions of sojourn i mean
@MetalBassjunkie420 and the tabla
super relajante y estimulante......the sound is great..I like it. Do you know in wich place I coul download it? Thanks a lot
See my comments under "more info", for the audio tracks info and links.
@metalvalkyrie0 thanx
@littleski5 my response was more of a google it for costs of sitars....I hear the sitar market is soft due to the economy right now so maybe one can get one cheap from someone who knows it is worth say 900 but needs cash.which is highly likely cause people are selling stuff left and right nowadays for fractions of value......and one guys 1500 sitar might be good to him but junkj to another thats kind of why i simply said google it
Goooooooooood stuff! {{{{{{{☀}}}}}}}
Thank You!
Where can I find more music like this? It’s awesome
on youtube I guess, use keywords like " sitar, Indian classical, or something related."
Buena musica
Thank you!
@HohnJonz I would not consider a $300 sitar "good quality" unless maybe you happened to get it from someone who didn't know what it was worth, which isn't highly likely.
11 then, as I read this :)
@abegetsbuckwild so pretty much Shiva is the universe
:)
Umm this song is super sick. Who is this david pike?
@ButterflyofOceans well a week ago someone posted "260 likes( or whatever) and not one dislike!!!"..I KNEW right then it was therefore "cursed" to have someone post a dislike :) and sure enuf....
Well now I know where Thievery Corporation thieved 1 of their songs&remixed it from,lol
Ha! : )
@Shizmixin thousands bro.
4:43 and beyond is Ocean's Eleven.
Amirite?
And there are 4.8 bilion people in the rest of the world that would probably agree :D
Nice, who is playing the sitar????
think this is thievery corp
@littleski5 but i see your angle..but there really isnt a solid answer to that q ....1000? 1100? 600? 2000? so i saw a range ..advised to google as in... research it...thats all
@diegslol I think you're smoking it already ;)
Who are the artist for this track
I need the name of this song and the artist.
you'd have to research that one on TGU.. I do not know
@Shizmixin google it ..lots of info 300 - 3000depending on a lot of stuff..age mfgr condition etc etc etc
@nmonowbnrtnhortnhojn haha thanx!

@littleski5 @littleski5 good n cheap? ... good enuf? good for nothing? good enuf for a beginner? good deal?
nope
The first half is beautiful which i play often but sadly the second half is, i should say, boring.
: )
I hate the modern influence in this. It totally defeated the meditative aspect of the music...
It was great until that awful drum beat came in. It sounded extremely out of place. Like "Hey lets add some drums to this classical violin solo."
@littleski5 but i see your angle..but there really isnt a solid answer to that q ....1000? 1100? 600? 2000? so i saw a range ..advised to google as in... research it...thats all
