    I so want the total gym. My husband keeps trying to buy me a tennis bracelet for my birthday. I want this! A work out that you can do while sitting down! YES honey. After having three kids (ages now 2,4 &6) and focusing on my husband and career I let my physical fitness fall off the cliff. I am a few months away from 40, so as not to hurt myself, I need to work my way back up to cross country running by sitting down first. hehe :P

    Helpful exercises. I was in the ARMY as a kid. It's amazing how little of the movements we did that I remember. I do remember having a cooldown routine though, and yous looks more than adequate.

      Yea I’m sure it’s great for men too but she probably put women in the title cus there isn’t many total gym videos for women :)

    I see comments about doing a demo of the equipment. If you purchased a total gym directly from the company then you should have START UP videos. If you got one used then you may be able to search start up videos on Google or on UA-cam to find out more about how to use the equipment safely. I have had my Total Gym for 6 years and I make sure that before I attempt to get up off it I always "anchor" myself to stay safe. If I have a long ponytail I make sure it is put up in a ball out of the way so it does not get stuck if I am doing an exercise where I am laying down. I ALWAYS make sure the safety pin is in place. I hope this helps.

    Your exercises are great but it would be so much better if you did all 10 reps with the person watching. Otherwise it is a pain to constantly put the video on pause while I complete the exercise.

      My thoughts exactly!! I thought this was a follow along video but I had to keep pausing it to complete all the reps....which was very annoying .....:(

    Hi Honey Pamela, has a few questions, First, started Total Gym about a month ago, no results! I was diagnosed osteopenia, can't lift heavy weights or run due to other problem, it looks like I could do all of your workout.My Question is You look like you do weights? Can't believe just the above exercises made you so FIT! Also, Can you tell me your diet if you have healthy eating. Thanks PS have seen on TV Total Gym, your routine is way better looking, you should be doing the commercial, not old people......God Bless You and Thanks

      Pamela Arnone agism much? Old people should not be doing the workouts? First off she is using light weights during his routine...maybe you should walk more...check your diet...do planks...etc etc....this isn't a one hit wonder...you need to work to lose weight

      Pamela Arnone You don't need to lift heavy. Just use higher reps with lower weights. I have osteopenia, too.

      Nikiastoria work on your reading comprehension perform you accuse someone of any ism. She said her inability to lift weights or run was due to other problems. She was asking Pamela if this workout alone was going to be effective because she had been at it a month without results. I doubt you are a fitness expert telling her how to get rid of her fat, because an expert would do a little more assessment of the individual first.

    It would be nice if you showed how you get off of the machine without injuring yourself after you finish each exercise.

      Many thanks, I've been looking for "free strength training workouts for women" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Seyliana Strength Salgado - (should be on google have a look ) ? Ive heard some super things about it and my partner got amazing results with it.

    This workout is certainly for someone young and pretty much in shape. Using the highest settings is not good for beginners.

    The Total Gym is an outrageous price especially if you start moving up to the models that are $800 and over. It's just a bench that lifts up in increments there are no weight attachments so why is it so expensive? A person would be crazy to buy it new. Just look on craigslist and your local area for great deal. Don't be a sucker and pay the expensive price of new.

      This model is a basic Total Gym which you could get in the US for less than $300. The foot board is probably $50 or less, eBay has good prices on open box Total Gyms.

      This is a workout--it says it right in the title. Look for a demo video, if you are looking for a demo. Or better yet, watch the infomercial on our UA-cam channel.

    I feel like you rush all your videos. I really like the exercises and videos l, but they are hard to follow and I didn't realize you are not doing as many reps of the exercises that is intended to be done for a few times watching this. I wish you were more informative because you seem to have a great understanding of this piece of equipment, but not all of us are pros at the total gym yet and you definitely move fast. It's really hard for me to follow your videos
