    Look at McD results:
    Hail Murray
    13 seconds
    allowing Patriots & Bronco’s game winning touchdowns as the D coordinator
    Home playoff loss
    Let’s be real, don’t you believe Dorsey was running the type of offense McD wants? Keeping McD beyond this year is a continuation of past failures

    Dorsey not being able to scheme players open + Josh Allen mistakes = Dorsey fired

    Undercenter, play action with the run game mixed in , similar plan as the game against the Buccs . That's what I would love to see

    Really appreciate all the extra grind fellas. Late night game, then a big news day, and still doing a needed (for us) your viewpoints follow up. Making the hard Bills days bearable.

    So when the offense has similar games the rest of the year are we gonna blame Brady ? Or the true reason

  • @Vipaworld_Vito
    @Vipaworld_Vito 11 місяців тому +3

    Brady just needs to call plays according to the players strength vs the opponents weakness …….

    If you step back and look at the Bills, the defense has been hit hard with injuries yet we are looking at them to win a game. That is not what you want when you have a franchise QB in his prime a top WR . This offense should be putting up 25+ points against good d's and 30+ against the rest of the league.

    IMO Joe Brady is just a placeholder, and Beane/McDermott will be doing a search for a new, permanent OC in January. Hopefully McDermott will open his mind to options more than someone from the former Carolina coaching tree. ? Zac Robinson, Darrell Bevell, Garrett Riley, Dan Pitcher, Tavita Pritchard?

    They built a Championship roster then hand the keys to the kingdom over to a rookie unproven OC in Dorsey. It never made sense from day one. Dorsey's offense is predictable and unimaginative. The Bills were a prolific scoring machine under Daboll and that all stopped when Dorsey took over...despite having a marked better roster.

    The fact no one is mentioning …. Going to be tough for Pegula to sell PSL’s with this type of results! McD gotta go! I’m tired of this team’s embarrassing loses. Bills have regressed over last 3 seasons

    22:27 it’s not concerning if you’re looking at it from an objective viewpoint. The main objective is to win regardless of how you do it. If you’re not finding a way to win then that’s where the problem lies and that’s when your job is at risk.

    I’m starting to think the Bills may need a new HC. The team has peaked under his watch, and I think they should move in a different direction. Since 13 Seconds, McD has been the common denominator.

    If I'm Brady, I'd simplify the offense and get the onus off Allen. Timing routes, play actions, etc. Get the ball to your playmakers and let them cook. Get a bit of mojo back into the offense before uncorking the genie.

  • @Shawnkula11b
    @Shawnkula11b 11 місяців тому +1

    Our plays were good and always had a touch of simplicity to it to PROTECT Josh cause he is incapable of thinking their was always a hot on every single play he always has the easy play and he chooses the wrong things and he got someone fired we need to stop pretending Josh is perfect and a god

    Let’s get down to some serious questions and concerns … hope to hear some feedback ..
    Joe Brady was the quarterback coach for Josh Allen.. what’s the purpose of a QB coach ???… isn’t a quarterback coach supposed to train, teach the quarterback on techniques, reads , and stuff like that ??
    If Allen has been playing poorly .. I think the blame should be on the quarterback coach… what are your thoughts??
    I agree that Dorsey should be let go. He had no imagination…. Maybe with Joe Brady w e will get some better play calling …but that’s about the only thing I can really hope for from Brady. Yes, I know he was with Joe Burrow , Chase and Jefferson at LSU…. but anybody, could tell Joe Burrow to throw the ball to Chase and on next play throw to Jefferson and win …that doesn’t take a genius or any skilled offensive coordinator to do. An if Brady is worth anything .. why didn’t other teams want him ???
    I do not think Josh Allen will progress under Joe Brady, and maybe even regress more ..He has not done it at this point with him as his quarterback coach.
    And one more thing … Brady as OC for panthers actually was worse offensively in his 2nd season … so why is Brady next in line …. Again MCD !!!!! Bad decision … it seems ..
    I hope I am wrong about this ….. otherwise another step in the wrong direction is inevitable … MCD has to go ….. sorry to say

      A 6 year veteran shouldn’t need someone to hold their hand and teach them over and over and over again… not to make rookie mistakes.

  • @moose_tracks41

    A simple pivot that helps EVERYONE including the DEFENSE is to run the ball more!!! 🤦‍♂️
    Look at what Zach is doing in Indy. Look at what Devin is doing in Houston! 30 carries for 150 yards against the Bengals.
    Look at what Cook did on that final drive where the Bills took the lead against the Broncos. They need to pivot and embrace the run some more.
    The Bills have shied away from running the ball for the entirety of Josh Allen’s tenure as an unquestioned starter! It’s madness!!
    Just because you have a Phenom at QB does not mean you put the entire offense’s hopes on his shoulders for four and a half seasons in a row. LAZY!!

    This was a couple weeks too late. We have little to no chance of the playoffs now. McD's gotta be on notice too...he gagged up 13sec and Frazier took the hit..he couldn't wait for Daboll to leave and was behind this reigning in of Josh....who's watching the D with 12 guys on the field? He's constantly making the wrong calls in big situations. I think he's reached his peak and it's not good enough to put us over the top. I wonder w get this team would be with an Andy Reid type HC?

  • @JeffMartin-m3q
    @JeffMartin-m3q 11 місяців тому

    McDermotts gotta go. We lost Daboll which is no secret they didn't leave on good terms. We wink wink mutually parted ways with Frazier (highly regarded in the league) fired special teams guy in off season and o line coach, now OC out. There is no one left to blame shit on and there is one common denominator. It's all on McDermott

    This whole mess falls at the feet of Mr. Trust the Process. Unfortunately because he chose his own GM the only person that can fix this is Mr Pegula. Almost 8 years in to this regimes tenure and regression is occurring on all fronts. How much longer are you willing to go?

  • @kaitlynblount7683

    I personally think Dabol wasn't the bills offensive genius either. But something has been slowly happening for the past few years and unfortunately for Dorsey, the transition was complete. But Allen extending plays was and has always been the bills "bread and butter" Allen doesn't go through progressions well. If his first read isn't there, he escaped the pocket and either ran or he would elude pressure long enough for one of his receivers to find an opening. When you take that away from the bills/Allen there is mediocre at best. My guess is, this was not Dorsey's decision to slow down/halt Allen's ability to escape the pocket and run or extend a passing play, it was most likely McDermott and Beane. I believe that's what they mean when they say McDermott's involved in the offense. He's been pushing for Allen to be more of a drop back, rhythm passer and that's just not his game....at least not right now. He needs to be able to escape the pocket and extend the play with his legs or by passing. When he's allowed to do that, he plays with so much more confidence. Knowing he has that outlet, he'll stay in the pocket a bit longer and go through his progressions. But because that's not his game, he starts forcing balls...which is not his at all his style. He has always been see guy open, hit guy. Never threw with much anticipation. First ready wasn't there, he'd escape the pocket to allow himself more time to find the open man or to take what he can get with his legs. You almost never see a designed pass anymore where he sees it's man and immediately moves up into the pocket knowing there will be room for him to run. But it's being drilled into his head to not run, and read the defense, and trust your receivers...he won't even do it when there's clearly holes and options for him to take off. There's no way Dorsey wouldn't have wanted to use Allen's best ability in his offense, so imo it's McDermott and Beane that are stalling the offense and the entire team..

  • @mazzvidz
    @mazzvidz 11 місяців тому

    Allen is washed up…. They need to bench him.
    I’ve been a fan since “83 but If his irresponsible, arrogant and careless play costs McBeane their jobs and Robert Kraft snatches them up… I’m out with them.
    Done with this dude. He’s destroying everything this organization has worked tirelessly to build.

    T. Diggs is a clown. Dallas was 6-10 one year and lost in the WC and Div rounds in Diggs other two years. The team he's on is far more volatile and less accomplished over the last few years than than the team his Bro is on.

    Don't call that play then! Josh has thrown that same interception on that same play multiple times! That's my issue. Why even call that play when even a novice knows for whatever reason Josh doesn't see the underneath guy . That's why I have an issue. Josh should not throw it yes, but for some reason when they call that play , that throw is almost always picked off. Or otherwise incomplete.
