I thought it was unlikely he would live up to the trade haul but I didn’t think Watson would be one of the worst QB’s in the NFL. That trade literally ruined the Browns trajectory. My fear is that Haslam is the biggest issue which would doom this franchise.

Watson was never the best at reading defenses, throwing with timing and accuracy, or pocket presence. His strength was extending plays and throwing outside of structure. Hes less athletic and less confident. Bad combination for a guy relying on backyard football
