There is shop near my apartment, they made atleast 2-3 per day, never seen them to give so much time and dedication to a single guitar,
They randomly made them and sell, but this, this is with love, I know the difference cause I have seen them both. The ons who will have that guitar will never regret.

That was a real treat to watch. Absolutely beautiful !!
    Back around 1990 I purchased a D-18 Shenandoah kit.
Had it assembled for another 100 $
The gentleman doing the work then asked me if I wanted any extras ?
Ended up using abalone mother of pearl for the inlays. Decided on using the big hexagon's on the fingerboard like on the 45 models. The 12th fret was solid abalone with my name engraved in it.
    I had a total of just under 350.00 $
When I picked it up a month later, I couldn't believe how amazing it looked and sounded !!
It was a short lived relationship though. Life happens and things turned upside down and I was forced to sell it.
I Kick myself to this day for that one !!
I'd like to purchase another kit and put it together myself. I believe it would be very satisfying and maybe help me to get over that D -18 !!!
