then the moment loading hits 99% it just stops loading then sends you back to the menu, then you have to queue again multiple times only for it to fail, but when it does load it fails and the cycle repeats.

Valve is never fixing tf2 it's pretty fucking clear they won't and why would they tf2 still probably brings in tens of thousands of dollars a month from people buying crates and keys. So, they can spend resources to fix a game that's essentially is a cash cow while being trashed by hackers or not spend the resources while it still being a cash cow, either way they win.
